Absolutely excellent service and fastest towing ever. My brother‘s car broke down in a dangerous area of the freeway. They were quick to get it out of there and super helpful when we went to pick the car up. It was an emotional situation for our family due to other circumstances, and they were the best at handling the situation, Janet was Very personable. Sounds kind of funny, but best towing experience I could’ve had helping my brother get his car.

Glad we went with Baker’s Towing. Here’s what you need to know: Randy was fast and courteous and exceedingly professional. His equipment is clean and well maintained. He has a lot of experience, which is immediately obvious. He’s also both patient and thoughtful, which turned out to be very important. They are competitively priced but when considering their customer service, they are a bargain. It’s a family owned business. His wife runs the office, though she drove a tow truck for my job, too. She made the paperwork a breeze. Go with Baker’s Towing. Period. I realized that when you call a tow truck, most often you’re in a bind. It’s stressful. In my case, I was overwhelmed. A relative passed away leaving six non-running cars, which I originally planned to tow myself. Talked to a couple companies before settling on Randy Baker, which I’m glad we did. Not only did he solve my problem with the cars, but after patiently listening to me and seeing what I was doing, he offered to help with problems I hadn't even thought about yet. Randy ended up hauling an antique tractor out of a field, and helped clean out an old shed, even loading up a riding mower, a ton of implements, even a generator. This is how I realized how important it is to have a person like Randy driving the tow truck. His patience and courtesy when I was stressed Had a huge impact. My guess is that no matter how stressed out you are, Randy will talk you down, he’ll give you confidence he’ll get it solved, and I’ll wager he’ll put a smile on your face. Both me and my family couldn’t be happier.
