They towed a family members vehicle after we had a loved one pass away. I can’t express how much worse the woman who worked there made the experience for us. This was not a dispute about finances so their pricing may be ok but in my opinion the lack of human decency and professionalism was beyond shocking. We have been in the verde valley for more than 25 years and have never had such a bad experience with any other local business.

Vincent saved our class A rv. Towed it from Pauldin to Dewey. He’s very calm and collected. Did a fantastic job. I would give him 10 stars if i could. He’s one cool cat. Also the office girl was great and very nice. Super helpful all around.

I was in a vehicle accident and this company was called by dps and they picked up the truck and when we came to fill out paper work for insurance we realized that are bed cover was stolen. It was raining when left truck with dps so we made sure cover was closed so the stuff in back truck didn't get wet so know for 100 percent that it was there when we left.
