I recently had my Jeep worked on at Harris Automotive and was very impressed. Kayla was friendly and helpful from the start. Dallas did a solid job on the repairs—accurate, thorough, and efficient. Dan, the owner, runs a great shop. I used their overnight lockbox to drop off my keys after AAA towed my vehicle, and they started working on it first thing the next morning. Communication was clear throughout the process, and their pricing was fair. If you need honest, reliable automotive work in Show Low, this is the place to go.

Getting your car fixed, when something is wrong with it, is costly and intimidating. The parts cost something, their time costs something, but at Harris Automotive, they provided the most valuable thing for absolutely no cost… My trust in them. I feel like they cared about my safety and they did everything they could to keep me within a range that I could handle at this time… They also made a plan for me, so that I can continue fixing what is wrong with it, on a schedule that I can afford and accommodate with time… honestly, trusting someone with your vehicle is the highest value that you can obtain…. i’m always gonna recommend these guys. And they did all of this today, basically on the holiday.???. Needless to say, my drive home was sweet, because the anxiety had left my body. Thank you Jamie and Jason, for all of the hand holding ??. Harris Automotive, a family place that can be trusted.

Got jammed up first with a rearend issue on my 2019 RAM, two days before Thanksgiving. I had a repair that would take up to three days (because of Thanksgiving), but I needed to be back in NM for my FD shift in two days. When they found out I didn't have the days to wait, the owner personally took over my repair and got my truck back on the road the next day! Absolutely saved the day!! I even offered a sizable bonus, he wouldn't accept it. Then about a week later, my Wife's Murrano developed a leak, and again they got the work approved and d done so rapidly. They are amazing folks all the way around. Don't go anywhere else, cannot recommend them enough!! We ended up buying the whole shop lunch, when the owner wasn't there, so shhhh don't tell him ??. Thank you Harris Automotive folks, New customers in us, we cannot imagine going anywhere else!!
