Even though they had a significant backlog of work, they fit me in and treated me like family, making it a priority to get me safely back on the road as quickly as possible. What really stood out to me was their initiative and professionalism. They provided daily updates without me ever having to ask, gave realistic timelines, and consistently anticipated potential problems before they occurred. Knowing that I still had 70–80 hours of driving ahead of me—and that I wouldn’t be near a shop capable of servicing my truck the way they could—they made sure I left with clear troubleshooting steps in case the electrical issue resurfaced during my journey. That level of foresight and care meant a lot. I truly cannot say enough about their high level of customer service, the warmth they showed, and the genuine concern they had for my situation. The service and work here is topnotch. I brought in my 2014 lifted Jeep (with 3500 miles on it, yes 3500!!) for side steps. They turned out so much better than I expected. They are lighted, and are the perfect match for the Jeep. They treated my Jeep like I would. It was clean when I picked it up. They are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend.
