Traveled from BC to buy ford edge from heartland. Got three quotes and Heartland was the only one to reply with a detailed quote , Griff was easy to deal with and no typical bs. Gave me a good trade value on quote and stuck to it after we arrived. Isaac got us in and out the door quick so we could get back on the road for home. We thought we needed to replace our awning and they looked at it and when they called the next day, to say i was ready, we couldn’t believe it. The rewound the awning and it works great now. They were wonderful explaining exactly what went wrong and we were very impressed. They will ave all our RV business

The parts pros on the counter are exceptional and well experienced, you cannot go wrong with any of them.Had a warranty on a failed part and it was quickly resolved and had my replacement part sooner than expected.Store Manager is friendly and courteous.Assistant Manager (Jonas ?) though seems to bring the positive atmosphere down, and feels it is appropriate to yell at his staff in the presence of customers to tell them not to be loud (irony).Not sure of his skills or abilities as he exudes an unwelcoming persona and lack of professionalism. Thus the 4 star rating.
