I picked up a nail in my tire and was having a pretty terrible day. Not only did Jaimi go above and beyond to get me in that day for service but also was able to get me a tire that day for my vehicle when it was looking like it wasn't possible to get my tire fixed that day.If you are looking for a service that absolutely cares about you as a person and will treat you like family look no further. I was extremely impressed with the customer service at this location!Unfortunately both mine and my husband's jobs have unpredictable schedules so it is hard to plan anything, and they were so accommodating. 2 times i called and asked if they could get my truck in with less than a business day's notice, and both times they did! The first time was for a diagnosis/inspection to find out what was wrong. The issue was a lot more expensive than I initially hoped it would be, but they told us they would waive the inspection/diagnostic fee if we get the repair done asap. I then booked the truck in to get repaired with very little notice, and again they were super accommodating.It was done a lot quicker than we thought, which was great, and Jamie even managed to get my bill down almost $400 lower than the original quoted repair price! Made an appointment to have our summer tires swapped over onto our rims for the upcoming summer season.
