Absolutely horrible. Was told they had a very good condition seat. Called at 9:30 wanting to pick up. Was told it was still in the truck. I had Also told them I lived 5 hrs away and I needed to get back. ASAPWas told they would have part picked in two hours——4 hrs latter they phoned me back to confirm they had part and wanted send me a pic of it.. Called around found a seat out of the truck in great condition and cheaper. Picked up in 15 mins of calling.Can not and would NOT recommend this place...

Found a rare part I needed to get my daily driver back on the road through Hall's. I ordered it over the phone, and gave credit card and shipping information. Representative was nice and helpful. Unfortunately the part couldn't be found, and I wasn't notified. Only found out when I called them back days later. If you're buying a part from them after finding it inventoried online, I'd suggest giving them no personal information until the part is in their hands. They seem to have fairly good reviews, and the representative on the phone was helpful. Nonetheless, this was ultimately disappointing and a bad experience.

It's well worth the drive out there from Edmonton.I bought a front bumper for my 2009 F-150 and had it installed there for 1/4 the price of the parts alone from the Ford dealership.

Awesome experience here! They had a very hard to find part for my diesel vehicle. They took it out, sent pictures and arranged the shipping to me. Part was great and they got me back on the road!

Ordered a door from them rated grade A. Door was in horrible condition with dents and scrapes, also was a bad respray. Wiring harness was also cut. When I called in I was told that it didn't leave that way, so they implied the shipping company or myself must have damaged it. I was quoted $300 for this used door, then when it showed up they charged me $50 more than quoted. not impressed, definitely lost my business, I'd recommend you look elsewhere for used parts.

Amazing service:) Dave went out of his way! Service over the phone was super friendly. We are from Saskatchewan and I was planning to have the part shipped to Red Deer and pick it up there over the holidays.
