Traveled from BC to buy ford edge from heartland. Got three quotes and Heartland was the only one to reply with a detailed quote , Griff was easy to deal with and no typical bs. Gave me a good trade value on quote and stuck to it after we arrived. Isaac got us in and out the door quick so we could get back on the road for home. Our truck went in for service at the appointed time and was done before they said it would be for way less than I was expecting. The shuttle service (thank-you Elvis) was fantastic although I would have been happy sitting in their comfortable waiting room all day.

Bought my car from here experience was good. had to bring it in for some service which required a part that would take while, which was no big deal to me. while they had it they had detailed it for me and HOLY christmas i don't think my car has ever been that clean in its entire life. idon't even think it was that clean when I bought it. I called to get the names of the people who cleaned it because i want to book my husbands truck in with the same people. if you are in need of a detail i would 1000 percent recommend requesting these guys i have 4 kids and 2 giant breed dogs and there wasn't a hair or French fry to be seen anywhere in my vehicle. dallas and cody you guys are amazing!!!

Avoid this dealership at all costs! Wonder how many people they scammed with the all in pricing law in Alberta, luckily I found out about it and got my refund. Ryan M in financing is horrible, rude and a liar. He even kept lying when I told him I had him recorded. Contacted Ford Canada and sent all the evidence. Very uneducated and unprofessional.
