Had my car towed here on a Sunday night after the engine quit. Left it in their lot and sent an e-mail explaining the symptoms. They called around 9:30 the following day to report their diagnosis and tell me that the failure was the subject of a recall by the manufacturer. They advised me to get the car into the dealer and have them repair it for free. They charged me nothing for their trouble. Really appreciated the honesty and will be back for future repairs.

Was quick and they were honest with the quote, and the extras that needed to be done were necessary. I can say with complete certainty that I will never take my car to be serviced anywhere else in Alberta. Fort Saskatchewan truly has a gem here. I have never been to an automotive shop operated by such kind and honest mechanics/ owners. Operated with integrity, as a female who's been taken advantage of one too many times when it comes to my lack of automobile knowledge, I knew the moment I walked through Thistle's doors I was in great hands. :)
