Couldn’t be happier with our experience dealing with these guys! I got a set of tires for my husband for Christmas here, and from the very first email inquiry I sent, till the moment we were driving away on the new tires, these guys were absolutely incredible to work with! Very prompt responses, very knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions, extremely accommodating, very, very diligent, and also very courteous and just all around enjoyable to chat and interact with! They got the job done efficiently, effectively, and also took the time to walk us though some of the physical attributes of the rims on our truck that we were not aware of! I can’t recommend this place enough! We will definitely continue to support this business!

My first review- I felt I had to because the customer service was above and beyond! The price was very competitive and the service exceptional.The first set of tires they put on for me vibrated and no matter what they did we couldn’t get rid of it just a bad batch I guess anyways they had no problemswitching them out and making it right. There’s not too many places nowadays that wouldn’t put you through the grinder first.So yeah great place great service good people I will be recommending themto my friends and family!

Speaking with Blake @ Custom Auto was fab. They spent tonnes of time over the phone with me, educating me on the tires I was looking into and also ended up being cheaper that competitors. One downfall is a $50 non-refundable deposit to have tires shipped from Calgary if I don't need full replacement, but their service made me overlook that. 5 stars!

Just got my new set up from these guys, Blake did a outstanding job on finding me different options as the set up I wanted wasn't available. He understood what I was going for and found me a great set up. After taking it home I noticed the wheels were shaking quite a bit. Contacted Blake the next day and was told no problem bring it in. Brought it in and went for a test drive with Mike and he noticed the shake and took it right in. After rebalancing it still shook a tad, understanding I didn't want to settle for the shaking that still occurred, Mike allowed me to switch tire to a AT tire. Took a day and they installed new tires onto rims and the truck drives way better. It was a 45 minute drive one way to go to the Fort Saskatchewan location, but I was very happy with the polite, understanding and non pushy environment of their shop. Very happy overall, Mike and Blake are very easy to deal with and I highly recommend this location for any of your rim and tire needs. Thanks Blake and Mike, your service was amazing!!!

Recently got my truck lifted with new rims & rubber, MIKE is one of the great guys at the floor. Thanks for doing the great job guys. I would highly recommend this shop for all types of lifts, new tires and rims!!.!!
