The staff was wonderful and their yard has a truck scale that is easy to access. I was shocked to see how friendly the staff was and fast the service was. I was extremely satisfied with my profit and will definitely do business again in the future! DPR ROCKS!

Lady in the office was not nice, very unprofessional, and lied. Said $602 was an estimate paid me $450 thats along way from.$602 Very disappointed but glad to get paid for another junk. The guys were great tho. 4 stars for them.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY I bought an engine worth 1600 dollars I paid them the engine was cracked and send it back the same day now they don't want to return my money. I we t to the establishment and they don't want to show their face. This has been over a 4 month and a half

Do business with Greg if you want to do business with a scammer. Refuses to give simple information about a vehicle trys to make you to come down to the lot so he can try to talk you in to a vehicle that you really don't want.. I'll be contacting Albany hopefully everything's in order down there

These guys are all very helpful when I come in. Not your typical advanced auto workers, they know their stuff and if they don't they'll do anything they can to make it happen. Best auto store I've been to ever. Always go in and come out satisfied and I am there frequently. Great staff best within the surrounding hourly area. Could not be happier with them.

Horrible experience. We deal with salvage yards and parts suppliers everyday. Never have we worked with a company like this. We ordered a transmission from them, they had it mismarked as the wrong year. Unfortunately the only difference between the one they sent us and the one we needed was the gear ratio. After installing it in the customers vehicle and having problems we researched the VIN number it came out of figured out the differences and problems. We had to re-do the job, buy another transmission, and replace the rear differential due to having been run that way. We did all of this out of our own pocket because we stand behind our work and products for our customers. We can't say the same for them. When we first called they were helpful and said to get is ready and they would give us a credit and pick up the transmission. This NEVER happened. We have called over 100 times... usually they just hang up, sometimes put you on hold for hours. Finally, someone agrees to give us a credit instead. For some reason every time we have tried to use it they suddenly no longer have the part we need. After two years of trying we tried one last time. We called on another transmission they have listed on their website. When he found out we wanted to use our credit suddenly that transmission was no longer available. But he has another one he could get us for double the price of the listed one on their website, oh and they would only give us half the money for the incorrect transmission previously. So the difference would have us paying $300 more than the listed transmission after applying our credit. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Bad experience, they tell you a price, they send you to another place where they mistreat the vehicle and when you return to the office they want to pay you less than agreed. They use the excuse that the vehicle did not have original parts, in my case the catalytic converter of my CRV.... something a little crazy since the catalytic converter has a higher price than that agreed by the CRV.

Went to turn in scrap metal I'd been saving. The fellas we're super helpful. The front end buyer gave me some helpful tips. It's always a great idea to separate your metals (which I do), if you know how, to get maximum payment for copper, aluminum, bronze, mixed metals, etc. The fella working the steel yard was also super helpful. I had a bunch of brake rotors that he had me run thru the scale separately so I could get paid more. That was cool of him! I worked all morning sorting & loading the vehicle...my payout was about $69. You won't get rich collecting scrap metal, but I like doing it for a bit of extra cash to take on my trip I'll be taking soon. Most of the metal I cash in is stuff I find on the side of the road on my commutes to/from work....it adds up!

Clown show now... came here for years never had issues until recently. No one wants to work and do their job. You come here to drop off scrap and metals and basically have to clock in and do the damn job yourself while 1 person just sits at the computer to read the scale. I dont know what changed but this place is joke now. Never had a issue with pricing and seems like they are trying to give you the lowest price on everything. Wasted my time went to a competitor got paid top dollar.

Called in about a part and right away received so much attitude from the guy on the phone. Continued to talk to him and confirmed the correct part was still available. Asked for a picture because drive one way was 2.5hrs and was told they don’t have anyone available to do that for me. And still getting so much attitude from the guy for no reason. Called and confirmed that part is still available before heading out. Came there and was told the part was sold awhile back. Thanks for wasting my time

Was sold a bumper with missing pieces , the guy said he would return $50 and he did . No 5 stars because it was a little over price for a bumper that can’t be properly mounted . Dnt care about the scratches and dents .

Posting for my father , he’s a regular but terrible with technology! Best scrapyard around , I’ve been all over NYS and this is by far the cleanest fastest and knowledgeable . Prices are great! Tall guy out front is funny and very attentive . Office folks are pleasant and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Dave is the man! I called him after I got out of work on a Wednesday and by Thursday morning at 730am he was there to meet me and give me cash for my car!! I would highly recommend them because they gave me peace of mind and cash, both immediately. Would give 6 stars if I could
