Decided to scrap a car through Gershow. They used a tow company called "Joyride" to pick up the car. There is virtually no information about this tow company anywhere online. The pickup was scheduled for noon and the driver did not show up until almost 4pm. I called Gershow to ask when the truck would arrive; they gave me his phone number and he didn't answer. Would never use them again.

Clown show now... came here for years never had issues until recently. No one wants to work and do their job. You come here to drop off scrap and metals and basically have to clock in and do the damn job yourself while 1 person just sits at the computer to read the scale. I dont know what changed but this place is joke now. Never had a issue with pricing and seems like they are trying to give you the lowest price on everything. Wasted my time went to a competitor got paid top dollar.
