Workers were helpful mainly because they knew what they were doing unlike other auto retailers that just type in your yr/mk/&model and goes by whatever pops up. I needed a bumper assembly for an older Volvo. Asked me 3 times what i needed and then without hesitation, said they didn't have that, and thanks for calling. I quickly asked if they could find one as stated on the website, "If we don't have it, we will find it." After a pause, he said hold on..then sounded like he was walking around the yard and speaking with someone else...muffled conversations, footsteps in the gravel, and eventually hung up on me. That's the story of what could have been but never was, with 5th St Auto Salvage.

I was incredibly pleased with the service of this facility. I had a difficult load of stuff to unload and was concerned about what kind of value i'd get out of it. The manager was incredibly professional and went out of his way to personally see everything was unloaded safely and I received all the money I could out of my materials. I would go back again for sure!

The towing company they use to pick up the vehicle is extremely rude and disrespectful. Complete disregard for customer service, then tell you that they will refuse to take your car if you call them out on it. Beware doing business unless you have immense patience and don't mind being talked down to.

Here we go. LQK owns all locations now. The admission price has more than doubled. Now it's $5 to enter. The prices are outrageous now. They pretty much have tripled. Went in to purchase a bumper cover. When the young lady scanned it, she said wow. Then told me that would be $456. The cover was scratched up pretty bad and cracked. She said the License plate holder would be extra. One busted fog light will be additional and the 18 inch foam piece was extra as well on top of the $456. At that price it did not even include their warranty. The prices are locked in and they go by the same pricing at all locations. I propped that cover up against the fence and got out of there as quickly as possible. So just beware when you get to that check out window. The parking lot is medium size. Few out houses up front. After the rain ground is flooded in many spot. The water dies not drain off to well. Lot of debris through out the place. Stuff down the isles and in between the cars.

I Just got a 2017 Nissan Rogue carrier assembly from Tapatio at an affordable price. Our carrier was not repairable. Free delivery was offered to the Northridge area. Went in to buy a leaf spring for my truck, they had the spring for a good price and I was in and out in a flash.

Do not go there for the pick up or drop of metal everywhere you gonna get your tire cut or damaged by the company law they have to change tire them self take care of it but they don't keep their promises very dishonest people overthere i paid to change my tire they said they gonna refund me but nothing just a talk if you go there you gonna spend your money for their damages i suggest not to go inside the scrap yard when you go there for a pick up tell them to bring the load outside the plant, very dishonest people they don't care about others than them selfs

Looked up used Ignition coils for my Son's Dodge Avenger SE. This place came up. I called them up. The guy answered , I asked him for the 2 coils that I needed to replace the 2 that were cracked. So I MapQuest the place and wound up almost to Long Beach!! Oh!! I pulled off the 710 and asked for help to find this hole in the wall place. Got there the guys were very helpful, for me in and out in no time. Walked out slapped them bad boys in and cleared the 3 engine codes and that was the end of my list of power on acceleration. And no more check engine light. So folks by the way,.the moral of my story today is beware when using MapQuest, and make sure you check the correct address you are tryn to get to because Long Beach Ave is totally different than Long Beach Blvd . My mistake, live and learn, won't be using MapQuest any time soon..cost me an hour of being lost. 😲

First time being here. Had no idea what to expect. Seems to be a lot or regulars coming through. Really interesting place to get parts for your vehicle. Keep in mind to bring your own tools, necessary tool you need to get that part you need; it’s self service. Unless in my case their was a friendly gentleman there happy to assist me with his 10mm socket wrench to get a taillight I needed. 👌

Every time I go there as a last resort. Or the last option. I get reminded why I don't like going there. Overpriced. Bad customer service. Limited on vehicle selections. And the guy at the booth is not helping at all. Just says it's whatever they have available . Pointless and waste of time.

I was forced to use this monopoly for trash services for my shared Airbnb by San Bernardino County! I have had this service for 8 months - during that time they have missed picking up my bins 4 times (1 month) out of those 8 months yet they charge me for the whole 8 months. I have called to ask them to pick up the bins they always say they will send a driver out but they never do until the next pick up date! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I was doing a better job of running trash to the dump before I was forced to use this garbage of a company!Service: House & garage cleanouts
