Workers were helpful mainly because they knew what they were doing unlike other auto retailers that just type in your yr/mk/&model and goes by whatever pops up. I was incredibly pleased with the service of this facility. I had a difficult load of stuff to unload and was concerned about what kind of value i'd get out of it. The manager was incredibly professional and went out of his way to personally see everything was unloaded safely and I received all the money I could out of my materials. I would go back again for sure!

The guy thats tall with glasses doesn't know what he talking about. After asking about a car compablity he jumps in with his 1 cent that was even close to true.

This afternoon, I witnessed a friend of mine get ripped off by this junkyard, when he returned a used engine that did not function ! While listening to the owner speaking vulgarly, I observed him get the run around, after which he was charged a 50 percent restocking fee ! Beware of this place, so you do not become a victim ! These people neither have honesty nor integrity ! I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau !

Here we go. LQK owns all locations now. The admission price has more than doubled. Now it's $5 to enter. The prices are outrageous now. They pretty much have tripled. Went in to purchase a bumper cover. When the young lady scanned it, she said wow. Then told me that would be $456. The cover was scratched up pretty bad and cracked. She said the License plate holder would be extra. One busted fog light will be additional and the 18 inch foam piece was extra as well on top of the $456. At that price it did not even include their warranty. The prices are locked in and they go by the same pricing at all locations. I propped that cover up against the fence and got out of there as quickly as possible. So just beware when you get to that check out window. The parking lot is medium size. Few out houses up front. After the rain ground is flooded in many spot. The water dies not drain off to well. Lot of debris through out the place. Stuff down the isles and in between the cars.

Daniel Sierra at Tapatio Auto Parts is amazing! I was searching for a specific brand/model car door and he came through for me. He is dedicated, trustworthy, customer oriented and just an overall good human. He helped me color match, model match and size match with ease. He was hours away from me yet had the door shipped overnight to a location near me. He has connections all over the state to auto body parts and goes above and beyond to find the part you need.

Went in to buy a leaf spring for my truck, they had the spring for a good price and I was in and out in a flash.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Was in and out of there. Quite fast driving in a place like that here in Redwood City that he can take our scrap metal to come back with a check. Highly recommend it.

These people are the worst car dealership you can ever run into don't buy from them they sell me a car they lied about the DMV charging me all this stuff the car won't pass smog they won't give me some of my money back I just wanted some of my money back but they haven't even called me back and on top of that, they act like they are car dealerships and they're not

I will never deal with this establishment ever again called 3 week ago for ah replacement a/c motor for my Dodge van i was told after they took my $123,00 it would be in my possession in 2 days maybe but 2 weeks maximum it the third week as of this Friday & all I've been getting is the run arounds I'm furious because all they do is try & buy ⏰️ & time you can't replace your establishment is the worst I've ever dealt with in my 62 years on this 🌏 I drop the 🎤,,,,,,,,😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

First time being here. Had no idea what to expect. Seems to be a lot or regulars coming through. Really interesting place to get parts for your vehicle. Keep in mind to bring your own tools, necessary tool you need to get that part you need; it’s self service. Unless in my case their was a friendly gentleman there happy to assist me with his 10mm socket wrench to get a taillight I needed.

Not as bad as people say it is. Good Pieces better than other junkyards in town. Always shocked

I was forced to use this monopoly for trash services for my shared Airbnb by San Bernardino County! I have had this service for 8 months - during that time they have missed picking up my bins 4 times (1 month) out of those 8 months yet they charge me for the whole 8 months. I have called to ask them to pick up the bins they always say they will send a driver out but they never do until the next pick up date! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I was doing a better job of running trash to the dump before I was forced to use this garbage of a company!Service: House & garage cleanouts

Great deal People were nice. I didn't know what time they were closing the day I picked up my motor, with that being said I ran into traffic, so I was late. the staff waited for me and loaded my motor onto my truck they were great!!!!
