Biggest crooks ever,I'm a auto dealer who's bought a lot parts from the and they've been giving me the run around for over 6 months,they literally stole $500 from me from used transmission. I have 100% proof of it ,but they avoid my calls.stay away from these crooks they don't even check engines or transmissions before they sell them,I literally returned 3 malibu engines 3 times for no compression. I also bought a jeep transmission with supposed low mileage that didn't even move. Stay away! Call lkq they check their inventory and have excellent customer service.

I was in need of a door for my Honda. I found some locally but most had some type of light or major damage and needed repair work. I found my door at TAPATIO and dealt with Ruben here. He forwarded some pictures of the door. The price on the door was great. The door was clean as he described via our phone conversations upon delivery to the body shop.Tapatio are a great auto parts source. They have a few stores in the socal area. Buying a engine here is a risk. The last one I bought from them had a bolt in the cylinder #3. These guys do not check or turn over the engine in front of you. I had soke trust they did but I was wrong. I was expecting better. Do better. I have a picture will be posting it as soon as I can.

I purchased a part that they said the had in stock in another warehouse but come to find out they didn’t have the part and I waited days for the part and was told just come back the next day and it may have just been a 20$ part but I deserve the respect of being a customer because the employee gave me a snarky remark saying to shut him up give him his 20$ back it’s just 20$ I really am dissatisfied with the service at this place I could have went elsewhere instead of wasting my time with these people I don’t not recommend them at all

They need to learn how to do business for regular customers. They've lost this one. Our company won't be doing business with them again. The parts are junk. I had to return the last two items and the last item they wouldn't give me a refund because I was just outside of the warranty period. I even showed them the receipt that I had to purchase the item elsewhere within the warranty period. They did not have a replacement available so they had told me to return it for a refund but then didn't refund me. No credit or anything. That's not a way to retain a customer. Good thing it was only $35

Stay away from this company. I purchased a defective part which I understand happens. But trying to get the issue resolved was so difficult that I finally gave up and absorbed the cost and had to purchase another alternator elsewhere.

Bought a decent, low-mileage engine for my 2012 Ford Transit Connect from these guys. Just finished installing it today and it runs great. Better than the original engine that was driven to death. Let’s hope this engine lasts. If anything they do offer warranty. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I took out the spark plugs from the engine from these guys, they were brown. Meaning the engine probably got over heated at some point. Which could lead to having to replace the piston rings and head gasket. Let’s hope it doesn’t get to that.
