Workers were helpful mainly because they knew what they were doing unlike other auto retailers that just type in your yr/mk/&model and goes by whatever pops up. Had a positive attitude and the part I bought was the absolute best price and yes it functioned perfectly I could not be more happier Service: Part finding & extracting

Son lost a tire and pulled into a rest area, took the wheel off and went to get a new tire. When he came back the next morning the car had been towed by M&M. They were repaving the rest area but no signs were posted. We went to pick up the car just over 24 hours after it had been towed. They had already started to lien sell the car! And then charged us an extra $70 for the lien paperwork. Total cost (less new tire) was $588. Totally ridiculous. They were very rude. Unfortunately they contract with CHP and seem to have a license to screw you over.

M&M is very nice and helpful the people there r professionals and courteous if they don't know the information u need they go out of there way to get it for u ,the service is quick with a smile makes u feel like they've known u for ever ,family orientated I would ,well that's the way they make me feel.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with I was in an accident on interstate 10 Six hours from home. They tried to lien sell my car after seven days of my insurance company trying hard to get the car .When we finally managed to get the car back anything of value inside was gone they tore thru the vehicle like a tornado .If you’re in an accident and they show up try to remove your car within 24 hours because it looks like these guys have a license to steal your car and the state of California helps them do it!!!! Amazing they are still in business

So rude and unhelpful! They WILL scam you if you let them.1st time I tried them: the guy told me the part I needed doesn’t exist and that’s not how cars work. He was wrong and treated me like an idiot.2nd time: they had the part but tried to charge $50 for a part that’s available for $18 brand new online. And when I pointed out the price difference, I was immediately hung up on. Total scam artists!!!

Wasn't happy. Called about trim piece to a ford flex that i needed. I was referred and told that these guys had the car which they did. I let the guy know who answered that I needed a trim piece along the back window of the vehicle and he said I would need to purchase the entire door to get the trim piece. Problem is the trim piece doesn't even go over the door, it's the back window where there IS no door. Not sure why I would have to buy a whole door when I don't even need anything on the door. What i needed was completely behind the door towards the back of the car.

Today like all the employees didn't show up till about 8:30 and it open on 8th so that's one thing and besides that everything was also okay

This place is pretty great, and extremely helpful. I've purchased car parts here and I recycle my CRV there too. Prices on CRV and precious metals are higher than most competitors in the area. Employess treat you like family, and are always wiling to help. Sometimes they even have really nice vehicles for sale out front near the CRV scale.

The reason I give it only 2 stars because I was told I could get my part on Saturday but the place was closed because of the holidays and I wasted my weekend to get my car fix and keeping the rental car for more time. Was not happy...
