Called at 4:50 and they closed at 5 qne still didn’t answer the phone called them 2 times bad service

Wouldn’t get near this place again. Was sold faulty parts that worked when it was tried on initially but failed as soon as I got home with few hours. The manager refused to return the faulty product and stated business is business.

Why do they have to be so RUDE??? I came here after seeing the vehicle on their website. I was told rudely that the vehicle isn’t there but I can pay $4 to go in and see if the vehicle is there or not .. He then said that he could be wrong and that they only hold vehicles for 30 days . I said ok since you could be wrong if I pay $4 and it’s not there will you give me $4 back . He repeating himself in an ugly tone . Instead of tricking people into paying to go in they should be updating their website . I’m pretty sure those $4 add up to hire someone part time to update their website . And hire someone with a friendly attitude.

The fine men at this establishment helped fix a $4000 worth of damage on my vehicle for an affordable $2200. They are super fast and did an amazing job! They even rewired and fixed my burnt lighting situation on my headlamp which had caught fire!

No I would understand if they went out and pulled the parts for you. But nope, you get to get out in the Bakersfield Heat and bring your own tools! As well as Get searched when you come in and get searched when you go out! (And Do All the work urself and still pay high prices!!!) Ultimately, my review is that it's a money pit and you'll have better luck on Ebay, but if you just like to look for stuff yourself and you like to hike a couple miles back and forth in the middle of a junkyard with parts, screws, bolts, everywhere then be my guest.! I found the best part was finding all the loose change. $$$ People were just leaving behind! Lol just being honest(: If you're gonna bring your children, then I'm really big on safety so watch what they're doing all times because I did see a couple syringe And now we'll never fly in my book. That's for sure, just a little warning for the little ones. That's all. What are the? You can be the judge about whether this is the place 4 you or not. It's right next to the auto glass place called Tim's auto glass.! You can't miss it lol. And before us I'll answer the question for you. No, they do not help you find any parts at all. You pay $5 to get in. And then you have to pay for all the parts separately after you're done. Not a great experience, I strongly RECOMMEND checking the price they are going to charge you before pulling the part. I was charged for walking in, I pulled the part I needed while working in broken glass, and then they want to charge more than it cost on eBay. I spoke with the manager to no avail. Additionally eBay has return guarantee if what you buy doesn’t work, pick your part charges an additional warranty fee.

They use my credit card without my permission and sent me A junk engine and will not make it right! I do not recommend them at all. They do not mind lying to you.

Crappy horrible service, lady at the front window was on a power trip and had immediate attitude as soon she lied about a price saying the part was 20$ with some change then ends up price gauging to 25$ because I mentioned it was expensive. Then immediately started to yell and raise her voice at me. She needs to be fired and reported. Save your money and take it somewhere where it’s appreciated.

Don’t ever buy anything from these thieves they give you a price in the next day they give you a different price I wouldn’t buy anything from them. They try to sell me an axle for 2500 and then the next day they try to sell it to me for 3500 I would not recommend buying anything from them And then I try to talk to the owner. They said he’s not available.

Have always had a good experience here. Honest work done on every vehicle we have brought here to be worked on, if something wasn't right they corrected it. And when they say it will be done it is. No complaints about the prices either. So I gave them the 5 stars I thought they deserve.

Was looking for a Rim for my '94 4Runner, they had 3! And good seats. If you have a Toyota truck, you need to check these guys out!

Asked for a part, agreed to price, asked Fred to send me an invoice before I paid over the phone with credit card. He said he couldn't do that reading these reviews I see why. Response to owner - do you know what an invoice is? its a bill not a receipt.

Was just there few minutes ago, Reviews really helped me understand the way they function and by the looks of it they are shady. Wished I woulda read reviews at home before making the trip. All those App reviews Copart needs to listen to it's customers. Make an appointment to look at cars really?
