Address:891 S Kellogg Ave, Goleta, CA (Zipcode: 93117)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI actually received good service and knowledge regarding the parts I needed. Heads above other salvage yards I recently visited.
Wouldn’t get near this place again. Was sold faulty parts that worked when it was tried on initially but failed as soon as I got home with few hours. The manager refused to return the faulty product and stated business is business.
Staff tried to charge me 9.99 for every relay on a Module, unbelievable; Go to another picknpull no other picknpull will try to charge you extra on every little fuse and relay. These people will not let you pass unless they dig in your tool bag and box. The Staff is lazy and never keep the hand wash station stocked. Everytime I go here its a bad experience. It's surprising how only the staff who are black are the laziest and rude, just like the manager who just directly goes and messes with your tool bag and flips it all over.

Address:18959 Parthenia St, Northridge, CA (Zipcode: 91324)Phone:Open hours:Open from 07:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:ClosedDrove over 20 miles for a master power window switch… first thing the older guy said was “those things are hard to find” so I should have known what was coming (I drive a 2004 (21 yo) ford explorer (parts are always accessible it’s a common truck)… other guy comes to the front with one super dirty as expected but wanted $100!!!! Tells me he usually gets $120 which is way too high… I respectfully explained that’s way to much money and I could get a better price online l and have it the next day… the younger guy at least wanted to see if he could go lower but the older man immediately wrote me off annoyed but I get it… the problem is how when the younger man went to see if they had I visor the older man talked down on me getting it from somewhere else cheaper assuring me parts from other places don’t work and how he didn’t want to sell me a visor because “oh your just going to go on Amazon” when all you have to do to compete is lower your prices it’s a junk yard!!! Parts should not be 3-4 times the price of a new part… so price your parts before you go and compare them so you know your not getting jerked around.
Literally the worse experience I’ve had at a junkyard. Not only are they over priced but they tried to charge me separately for something that was all one assembly. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Rather travel to Timos auto wrecking where they actually care about their customers.

Address:11399 Santa Fe Ave E, Hesperia, CA (Zipcode: 92345)Phone:Open hours:Open from 09:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:ClosedFirst time at this location, was happy I got the part I needed for cheaper than what it was listed online but they didn't really explain their policies to me and became rude and confrontational when I was confused about showing my receipt for the part because I asked how much it was and they said $20 so I paid, was not mentioned that there was an entry fee, all the other respectable junk yards don't charge for entry. The only friendly person there was the big guy with face tattoos, he should really be the only one dealing with the customers because he was professional and kind. Good luck to the big guy. Sorry your coworkers are terrible.

Address:2015 W Stonehurst Dr, Rialto, CA (Zipcode: 92377)Phone:Open hours:Open from 07:00 am to 16:00 pmStatus:ClosedDon’t ever buy anything from these thieves they give you a price in the next day they give you a different price I wouldn’t buy anything from them. They try to sell me an axle for 2500 and then the next day they try to sell it to me for 3500 I would not recommend buying anything from them And then I try to talk to the owner. They said he’s not available.
Have always had a good experience here. Honest work done on every vehicle we have brought here to be worked on, if something wasn't right they corrected it. And when they say it will be done it is. No complaints about the prices either. So I gave them the 5 stars I thought they deserve.

Address:1203 S Rancho Ave, Colton, CA (Zipcode: 92324)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedOn 3/17/25 I Experienced a traumatic life altering vehicle accident resulting in my car being totaled (rolled 3 to 4 times landing in a ditch). I was treated at my nearest Naval hospital where I received top care. While being treated my vehicle was towed to the local tow yard until my insurance company had it towed to Copart 1203 S. Rancho Ave Colton CA (San Bernardino) 3/25/25. I went to gather my belongings from my vehicle and noticed that my car had been clean out and items placed in two white trash bags located inside the car in the back passenger floor area (took photos of car for memories of my accident not knowing that it would capture proof of what my car looked like when I arrived to gather my belongings). I did not have my key to open the trunk of my car to gather my property (someone had removed the fuse so no power source to the car) and was instructed to call my insurer for athurazation to allow Copart staff to open the trunk for me. I gathered my belongings from the truck and proceeded home believing that all my things were inside the two trash bags and the containers inside the trunk. I arrived home, unpacked my items and notice valuable items were stolen (my credit cards, medical/survival kit, jackets, and medications to name a few) I am a mental health crisis responder and to have my equipment stolen hurts and puts a strain on me having to replace my things. I became upset with myself for not reviewing the content inside the trash bag and questioning them about who cleaned out my vehicle (my mental state was not clear due to me seeing my vehicle post car crash which was overwhelming for me at the time). I went to yelp and read some of the other customers review and learned that an overwhelming amount of customer have experienced similar theft. I am writing this review in hopes of preventing others from suffering additional pain of having this company steal what you have left after your crash/traumatic event. If at all possible have your loved ones remove all items prior to the towing of your vehicle.
