Horrible service and bad attitude from salesperson and doesnt seem to care at all.

This is a great place. I highly recommend it. These guys have great parts at really good prices. I bought a Muffler for a Mercedes GL450, it turnd put not to be the correct part. Even so it was in great condition. The guys there were really great, I took back the part and they found me the correct one no problem. So a week later I went back to buy another used part, and they had it for our BMW repair. And after another week, just to make sure, I sent one of my guys to buy another part for another BMW repair. And they treated my guy just as they treated me, really great. With great prices, reasonable return or exchange policy, we will keep making purchases here. 😊

Good place to go . I bought a car from here two years ago good car still runs . If I have any little problems with it they well fix it for me at a fair price . If he don’t got the part you need he well try to get it for you. Fred is a great Trustworthy person to do business with.I definitely recommend the shop.

I am the owner of a collision center in San Diego County. Geico Insuramce located a part from this place,as I could not find aone from my reputible vendors, and the lizard wouldn't buy new. I called and spoke with Kieran on 3\8\18, he said he indeed had the part and could get it to me the following day, I told him good this reapir job has been impeaded, by the Lizard, I am bringing in a sublet mecahnic to get this job done, I halve to pay him show or no show. well as the day was nearly over, and i did not have my part I called, keiran said he would have it to me by 2 pm on sat....i told him to ship it, well its 2:15, here i sit typing this with my mechanic looking over my shoulder. , and no part. I will be seeking restitution on this issue, and keep this page updated

Dishonest from the start, parts are absolute garbage.All I got were lies and more bad parts when trying to warranty the junk they gave me the first two times.End result after two bad fuel tanks they refunded 300 of 1000 I paid for the tank and now I’m out 1000’s in labor and now parts.

Keep away of this place, Freed is the most dishonest person and his crew don't know how to take apart those vehicles, we buy a dashboard from them and is unusable due that is broken and missing several parts. I call to ask for exchange the part or refund and they deny saying that did I broke em even that the dash show marks from the removing process. I'il start a legal process but there's a lot of loops in the law that those thieves know to commit their crimes

Wish I could leave zero stars, these scammers refused to return a defective $500 part I bought from them. Absolute joke of a business not taking care of customers, I've never seen a lack of service on this level.
