If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. To start, I would STRONGLY advise anyone that may be looking to go to Primo’s for an engine or service to PLEASE look someplace else. After going through these reviews, it seems that they pick and choose who they would like to deliver service to, but do not choose who they take money from. Full transparency — I left a 4k deposit for a Coyote engine swap, being promised that a part list would be communicated to me so that I can go forward and begin the process with Primo’s Auto Salvage. After weeks of attempting to reach Primo, he had completely ghosted me and did not respond with what was promised. I requested a refund (which was NOT communicated to be non-refundable verbally nor on my deposit receipt) to which I was denied. I work hard for my money, and I do not have money to throw around or be taken like it was. I am completely helpless and asked out of 4k. Absolutely avoid this shop, and please take your money elsewhere. Completely unprofessional.

Saul was great to work with. I have an H3 he showed me the one he had made sure the parts I needed were right and in good shape. While I waited for the parts in my car Saul checked with me seversl times making sure I was good and apologized for the time it was taking to get my parts. Will always check with them first. Thx Saul for the help. The Hummer is back up and running.

They use my credit card without my permission and sent me A junk engine and will not make it right! I do not recommend them at all. They do not mind lying to you.
