This place isn't so bad. Prices are mostly decent, but sometimes the guys seem to not quite know all the types of parts, and will charge you for something you are not getting. Overall decent, large selection (though if you are looking for specific cars that are rare, good luck), but be sure to check their website before you go. It's supposedly updated every few days, but I've been there several times and had members of staff help me look for a car the website says in in one spot, only to find it has already been removed more than a week ago.

Paid both admissions only to find that the first part I needed had been heavily damaged with a crow bar... oh well. Second part, I was charged for a "warranty" that their website and a sign at their entrance clearly states is optional. When I was told that I must pay for the "warranty" I asked for a supervisor only to be told that "they tell us we have to charge you for the warranty". I mentioned it to another employee on the way out and they said "they make us charge it, I just work here... don't want to get fired...". This is a clear case of bait & switch/upcharging. Side note: I bought a tailgate for a truck and they charged me $7.99 for each cable/tether on either side of the tailgate... On my receipt they were itemized as CLUTCH CABLE x2 and they charged me for warranties on both as well... 🤦 Needless to say, I am going to submit a complaint to the FTC and BBB...

Don't go after it rains... They could of put up a sign at the gate, that half the yard had 6in of water.

Who ever owns this place now needs to re-hire everyone from the gate to the booth.. Crooks. It's one price online and 3times that amount in person. We are all struggling so to get robbed by people in your own neighborhood hurts. There's an eery and empty feeling almost like a dark cloud. I suppose as long as the owners making money it doesn't matter. All money ain't good money.

It's alright the cars they have online is not accurate at all. Needs improvement in the inventory section. Some of the people are helpful others don't really care

Love going when needed but darn prices are high considering it a junk car for the prices they could be a little descent

Everything is very expensive now I was getting a rim for a Prius well price wasn't working almost $80.00 for one only I got four of them for $40.00 Facebook Market Place 🙂

Great place fun to look around and see what parts I can take from other cars and use on mine. Only bad part I forget to bring cash from the entrance but luckily you can just pay at the register and then walk back and all is good

They have always had the parts I needed and hadn't had any problems till today. I picked up a car door and their website said doors were 50 dollars. The guy working charged me 77 dollars. I asked why the price was so much more and he said taxes and other fees. Then I found out that he charged me 15 dollars for a warranty I didn't ask for. That's wrong

Bad customer service!!!!!, no deals, everything too expensive like if it was new! Scamers in guaranteed, they don't ask for a phone # for points in record. I hate this place, they need new personnel specially at the exit/entrance
