Not a great experience, I strongly RECOMMEND checking the price they are going to charge you before pulling the part. I was charged for walking in, I pulled the part I needed while working in broken glass, and then they want to charge more than it cost on eBay. I spoke with the manager to no avail. Additionally eBay has return guarantee if what you buy doesn’t work, pick your part charges an additional warranty fee.

Total ripoff, little Napoleon syndrome cashier intentionally uses vague pricing to overcharge. Make sure you know what they will charge you!!!! They are expecting you to slave and work taking a part off, then knowing you will pay more because of the effort you put in pulling it!! I saw an old man forced to pay $88 for a used 5.3 GM power steering pump! Madness. Only come here if they have a rare part or you need a body section, then prepare to get hosed anyways. Do NOT recommend.

probably the worst experience ive ever had at a junkyard. The parts and vehicles are what you would expect but up front is run like a run down body shop. The sight manager is a know it all acts and honestly looks like a big overgrown baby. (Big bald guy with no chin) grabbed a part out of my hand and took it to the back said it would take 30-40 mins to verify what the part was as it wasnt what they were trying to charge me for. i ended up leaving. lkq is losing alot of money and customers due to the management. my buddies wont even come down to help pull parts only thing this locations got going for them is the volme of cars.

LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since they've gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight), started tacking on their automatic warranties, and increased their prices across the board at all locations 🤬...but this was pretty good visit this time. Lines were not long, but typical at this location. If you see something you want here don't wait too long if it is a rare or newer vehicle. I drove an hour and a half and somebody beat me on something that just popped up yesterday. If you get the alerts from the website and include multiple locations you can occasionally find the ultimate come up. The guy at my check out was super cool and didn't try to nit pick every item. This location is rarely crowded so usually there will only be one or two people in line to check out. Don't forget to get the stock number or they won't let you check out. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific location's site. And you have to remember to tell them NO WARRANTY unless you want it because they automatically tack it on the price because they know most people won't know or will forget to ask.

Just to be easy to get around with the Lkq app, now these place is a caos, before with the app, you search and locate the vehicles you need parts for , go to the lane find the vehicle in the section number where the car is located, now I just find out they mixed the domestic and imports, before domestic they have a section and imports where separated, also trucks and suv, now you have to walk the complete yard to find the vehicle, employees don’t even have an idea, lots of inventory, bring your tools, or ask for help to the guys with the dolly’s they removed for you for a fee, LKQ management please sort the vehicles by imports and domestic

I've only been a couple ot times at this location, and the parts I grab usually cost less than getting them brand new, as expected if you go to the junkyard and get the part yourself off a used vehicle. Today I went back to finish grabbing a oil pump from a vehicle and assuming it's gonna cost less than paying for a brand new one which would cost around $130, Pick a part Hesperia was trying to charge $350 for the same exact part...idk how you guys are staying in business if you're charging double the price for the same part.

Ouch! Decided to stop here instead of going to another salvage yard in Las Vegas because I didn't have time to stop at both. I made a mistake and stopped here and I called it a mistake because they treat everybody like a felon. Every time you go in and out they are searching through your tool bag. If you got a couple screws in your bag you got to get rid of them or pay a dollar for every screw. If you got a part that has hardware that holds that on they want to charge you for that hardware. If you have a part that has a cap on it they charge you for the cap. If you spend in excess of $100 at most salvage yards, they don't nickel and dime you for little things like a screw or a washer or a nut. This place will. Good luck with this and the way you treat your customers.

Like in many of the reviews below said, they literally try to nickel and dime you! I understand it's a business and they have to remain profitable but damn, since when is it more or just as expensive as buying new parts off of the internet! Going to the junk yard used to be fun and a good way to just burn off some stress but today was just ridiculous! 1 visor, I cup holder and a light switch almost 165 dollars. They wanted to charge for the cup holder, the cigarette lighter switch the actual ash tray and the pigtail for the lighter which is alll 1 damn piece what a joke!!! Keep your junk parts!!

Before I went in, the girl in front said nothing about my 4 plastic clips and couple screws that was in my backpack. Went in got my parts and paid for it. Before I left, she saw couple screws and clips and she said I have to pay for it, really? Junkyard used to be fun and economical to fix your car. I have gone to Riverside, Ontario and Fontana. Never an issues. This was my 1st time there and will be my last.

The yard was clean and pretty well organized but that's where the compliments stop. I have been coming to pick ur part since I was a kid I've been to this location, sun valley, Victorville, Monrovia and others. This particular trip was very disappointing. The prices were completely ridiculous especially for having to remove the parts yourself. Not to mention the guys in there treat you like a thief and watch over your shoulder watching you put the parts in your car while holding onto your receipt and then they don't give your receipt back to you. They tried to charge me $48 a piece for some side mirrors off a 2002 Chevy Malibu like really? Don't waste your time coming here

Pretty big place. Lots of choices. Courteous staff. Going back for more parts. FAST-FORWARD -------> 3 years later, yeah a lot has changed. Charged me for a part that he said was two parts but how could it be two parts of it's one piece you cannot separate unless you cut it apart and end up being useless? So pay attention to what you want to buy and know you might get charged two prices for one piece. Going in and out does feel like being processed for booking. I put two stars cuz the part I needed was there. As for returns here you go....... You don't need an extra warranty for returns. "READ THE FINE PRINT " all over the website. They are a business and this is how they do business. It only feels like they are hustling the wrong way when you don't know what you're walking into.

Google should let you rate no stars if possible, this place doesn't deserve not even one star. As the previous customer stated, the young guys at this place are extremely rude, it even feels like they enjoy seeing that you leave the parts that you consider they're overcharging. Come on, a car door $365? They used to be $50. I understand inflation is screwing everybody, but a price jump of 500%?

Know the price for parts before going. I was purchasing a fuel pump, and they tried charging it as a fuel injection pump. They do this because the fuel injection pump is over $10 more. I spoke to the manager about it, and how other Pick Your Parts charge the part. He said he's been there for 13 years, and the other locations don't know what they're doing. It wasn't until I questioned his knowledge of parts and called him out for overcharging customers, then he charged me correctly. LKQ please retrain your manager of 13 years and his staff on properly identifying car parts and charging customers appropriately. The pump I bought is found in the gas tank and has a float attached, which is why it should be charged as an electric fuel pump combo. A fuel injection pump will never have a float, is located near the engine, never in the gas tank, and are only used in diesel engines. I got the part from a 1991 Nissan 300ZX. Look at the pictures to see the difference.

This place used to be good, Most of the young employees are rude and unprofessional, guys at the counter don't know much when it comes to parts. They charge outrageous prices now. For example guy in front of me buying an old used rocker arm assembly at 430.00 a piece. How does that make sense? Don't go here. Save yourself the aggravation.

It's to (HOT) to open at 9:00 am But they do. The websites showed the car had the part's I needed and I drove 100 miles 50 up and 50 back. Parts were gone They should update the picture's they keep track of what's sold . A waste of my time 🥺.

Be expected to over pay for any part. Some parts are cheaper new, do your research before going. Price to get in is 5 bucks and if they’ll throw in warranty without your permission. The people charging don’t know anything about car parts. I purchased a steering wheel and they charged me for the wheel and a horn, not the horn button that comes integrated with the steering wheel but an actual horn. I paid 10 bucks more because they said it’s a horn. All Pick your Parts locations are the same. Stay away if you can.

Prices are kinda high being that you got to retrieve the parts yourself. It's cheaper and cleaner to get the online from a private party selling them. Unless you looking for some rare hard to find part that you can't find no where but here.

Update: Be extra careful, they will add the warranty to anything you buy from them. Without telling you, even floor mats. Pay close attention when purchasing your items. It’s a Scam!!!!!! ***************************** Be careful of the old guy with the white hair in the ponytail. Worst attitude and always in a bad mood. Worst customer service skills. All other employees are cool and helpful, except for the old man. The old man treats everybody like trash. What a shame.

It was great. The service was top notch, they had amazing prices, very affordable, and discounts that made it, a very reasonable shopping experience. Left with the part I needed, and enough money still in my wallet to go out on a date.

Spent my day pulling out the head for a 1997 eclipse head. Was expecting the price to be $100-$200. The price of the head was $1,000. LkQ was charging me for every component in the head. I can buy four of these cylinder heads ebay/facebook/offerup for that money without the labor. Wasted time.

this place doesn't accept the 40%. Is announced on the internet it shouldn't be calling lkq Pick-A-Part I drove from downtown LA all the way there just to find out that they did have the car that I need it but they didn't participate on the 40% this is not fair
