I have a 97 4runner, I bought an engine from here and had them install it. I am beyond pleased. They have been very thorough in making sure everything is working properly. The engine sounds great and everything looks so clean and put together properly. They are also good people to deal with. I’m extremely happy with the service and will not hesitate to bring my 4runner back here for work. Top notch 👍

Called twice to ask for a part. Not once did they say they needed a core which normally if you do they let you know up front. We show up and pay and still don't mention anything about needing the core part it's until after they remove the part that they say they need the core part and we had to pay extra since we didn't have the core.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. They were rude and seemed uninterested in helping. Unfortunately, they hung up the phone before I could finish speaking.

I recently spoke with a representative about a part we’ve already paid for, but the interaction was quite unpleasant. She was extremely rude and even started yelling, insisting that they didn’t have the part in stock. I’m frustrated because it’s confusing why they would sell the part to us if it wasn’t available. This experience really put a damper on my otherwise great day.

These guys are top notch whether they are towing a semi to the shop or working a wreck. I have experience on both sides and would never recommend anyone else!

I needed a transmission for an older model car. David was a great help. His demeanor made me feel comfortable spending a few hundred dollars for something I'd never seen. There was no pressure at all. My transmission was shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. Hopefully I won't need these guys again, but if I do, I will use them, and ask for David!

Been coming here for years. Great place but somehow today I've been here an hour and a half and still haven't gotten my part. Still give them 5 stars though. This trip was perfect. In and out & extremely satisfied

I visited Store for Less Auto Parts, hoping to establish a business relationship for future purchases. The manager agreed to open an account for me, which I appreciated. However, my experience with their pricing was disappointing. When I inquired about the price of a specific part, I was told it would cost $100. To verify, I called another business right in front of the manager, and they offered the same part for $60. Despite this, the manager at Store for Less Auto Parts did not offer any flexibility, such as meeting me halfway at $80. This lack of willingness to negotiate, even for a dealer account, was frustrating. I mentioned that my business is located nearby and that I prefer to shop locally, but this did not seem to make a difference. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of competitive pricing and the unwillingness to establish a mutually beneficial relationship.

Angel was very knowledgeable and gave me more than fair pricing. For sure beat other junk yards including pick your part ones. Will be coming here again.

went and bought Parts two times the owner had his mechanics remove the parts I needed and placed in my vehicle for me prices for excellent service was great

If I could give a 0 I would have. These people are shady. After 14 days of waiting they called to tell me no part. I asked for a refund and they said give them 2 more days to get it. After 5 days with no contact, I called them and again asked for a refund. They assured me the part would be mailed the next day. Well guess WHAT. NO PART. The original price $500. Now they will only refund $466.40. I got a 3rd brake light from them and they told me the cost for it was $111.00. I could have bought a BRAND NEW one online for $50. These people are rip-off artist!!!!

If I could put zero stars I would cause the dishonest people that work there for quotes and pick up are horrendous. I called the 2nd of October to have a vehicle pickup made and was told a quote of $500 and I would receive a phone call within the hour from a tow truck. The day goes by so I call with in the next morning to see what is going on and told them that I've been waiting for a call and still want my vehicle picked up. so I got told that my name was in the system but the quote is now $450 and that I would receive some kind of phone call for more information. So now since then I have yet to receive a phone call or message on the 5th of October 2024, so I proceed to call again and when I tell them my name they say they see my information and that the quote is $450 but they are having troubles with there tow truck or having a tow truck to come pick up, so I say okay and try to have an understanding on that, so from Saturday I figured I'd call this Monday Morning 7th of October to try and see if maybe finally I can get my vehicle picked up, and same thing I tell them my name and information and now I'm being told my quote has come to $350 and they are still having troubles with having a tow truck come out. Absolutely pathetic system and horrible paperwork being done from this place. I was given a quote of $500 and it being brought down to $350 and then still having ""TROUBLES"" with there tow trucks. I definitely would not recommend this place to the many people I know in the DFW area.
