I needed a transmission for an older model car. David was a great help. His demeanor made me feel comfortable spending a few hundred dollars for something I'd never seen. There was no pressure at all. My transmission was shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. Hopefully I won't need these guys again, but if I do, I will use them, and ask for David!

I bought an engine, received later then promised. The Engine was faulty. They said they would send out another one because it was warranted. It has been over a month and still waiting. Now the email for David is no longer in service, phones disconnected??? The company email not working? Am I seriously out $2000.?? I have no vehicle, no engine. Lawsuit next I guess.

I'm one of those guys that likes to see in person what I am buying. But this time I had no real choice but to trust someone I didn't know, with just a phone call. I needed a rear axle assembly for my Avalanche. After a lot of research and several phone calls I decided to go with Car Parts Etc.
