If I could put zero stars I would cause the dishonest people that work there for quotes and pick up are horrendous. I called the 2nd of October to have a vehicle pickup made and was told a quote of $500 and I would receive a phone call within the hour from a tow truck. The day goes by so I call with in the next morning to see what is going on and told them that I've been waiting for a call and still want my vehicle picked up. so I got told that my name was in the system but the quote is now $450 and that I would receive some kind of phone call for more information. So now since then I have yet to receive a phone call or message on the 5th of October 2024, so I proceed to call again and when I tell them my name they say they see my information and that the quote is $450 but they are having troubles with there tow truck or having a tow truck to come pick up, so I say okay and try to have an understanding on that, so from Saturday I figured I'd call this Monday Morning 7th of October to try and see if maybe finally I can get my vehicle picked up, and same thing I tell them my name and information and now I'm being told my quote has come to $350 and they are still having troubles with having a tow truck come out. Absolutely pathetic system and horrible paperwork being done from this place. I was given a quote of $500 and it being brought down to $350 and then still having ""TROUBLES"" with there tow trucks. I definitely would not recommend this place to the many people I know in the DFW area.

Compleat with the the turbo and these are honest-to-god good people so if you want some good deals fair prices and a hell of a good time now bring some tools with you because you want to cheap U-Pull-It price goes up if if you needed someone else to pull it for you know that already just go check them out they got a treasure troll of items that you will not want to turn down rims tires you name a day got it and it is for the low low AND DON'T FORGET IF YOU WANT TO DISCOUNT YOU GOT TO MENTION MY NAME FIRST JOHN SMITH JUST TELL HIM I SENT YOU
