Been coming here for years. Great place but somehow today I've been here an hour and a half and still haven't gotten my part. Still give them 5 stars though. This trip was perfect. In and out & extremely satisfied

Bad customer service. My dad called on speaker phone and the lady told him they only sold Ford parts. After checking their website i called and the man said they sold parts for other models. He asked what i needed and he didn’t understand, instead he just hung up.

I don’t write anything about any place but here at Apache Auto parts some worker’s are very Rude I had to drive 45 minutes to come here to pay for port didn’t wait 2 1/2 hours for the parts to come they want you back to pick it up like you have gas to keep coming back and forth when they can get the parts here when they call you to pick it up then pay and go but no they are inconsiderate about how they do business I’ll never order anything else from there again. If I didn’t need it so bad I would’ve ordered it on line and paid less for it
