Bought an engine in May, it was bad then they sent another and it was bad too, then installed the last one and it was also bad they wouldn't refund or get me a good engine. Place is worthless. They would never answer my calls or texts.

*PLEASE STAY AWAY* I bought an AC compressor they said fit my car. Took it all the way home only to find out it did not fit. I live 30 plus minutes a way. Anyhow I took it back for exchange or refund. Long story short the cashier guy could not find my exact one. Came out with a similar model. I Google for comparison and was not a match. I told him this and so he Googled as well. Could not find it. I told him I just wanted to get my money back. He charged me 40% restocking fee. Which is contrary to their policy. No honor, or integrity. I lost 40% for no reason. There's so much more. Please stay away.

Worst service and management ever, I bought a fuse box that didn’t work so I took it back and they looked for another one they sent me to another location instead of them simply calling to confirm if they have it or not, anyway they didn’t have it and refused to return my money and said they will give me a store credit 😂😂😂😂as if it’s Macy’s and they have options.. called Roxana the manager and promised to solve it, but she too stopped answering my calls or messages, very professional 🤔

Wasted time here called before coming all the way from Baytown they said " Oh yes, yes we have that part come on in and see us!" Well we went in the same day, lease to say we wasted our time here, the guys that works the yard, walked around looking lost for twenty minutes, going back and forth to each other touching parts on shelves talking to each other, not having the part my husband needed.

Horrible customer service ..even worse motors or parts everything is incomplete and they will lie to you and say the motor has been tested.i paid 700 for them to bring a complete plug an play 5.3 i told em i wanted the obd2 plug computer complete wiring harness all the way to the fuel pump they said yeah we do that all the time we got you.they brung me a blown motor that read 15 psi on one cylinder an 25 psi on the second and more than half the harness cut off no compuyer no ac no starter ..too much too list that was not there

They delivered a non working part. They replaced it for an incomplete one and then I had to pay (part of it) to the lady to pick up the bad one to return it to their store. I paid because the deliver lady was in between and it was non of his business. Those are the facts. No more business with them.
