Please do your research from buying anything from these guys. I have zero mechanical knowledge on buying used parts however I found these guys got a motor that was said 80,000 miles on. It did not look at it. Had it shipped from Massachusetts to Connecticut for almost $2000, definitely paid all the money for that. Come to find out the mileage exceeded that by far once the Vin was run.. The motor is in very rough shape and at this point have so much money and time and do it. It was not worth it. The guy on the phone said it just came out of a great super clean and I believed him. That is my mistake, but if you guys are going to buy from these people. You are going to look at what you’re buying and have plenty of mechanical knowledge because these guys got me pretty good

Excellent service and prices! Peter is very polite and helpful, he was able to look up parts quickly and make sure that what I got would fit. He also found a defect in one of the parts I bought from him and ordered me a brand new one for the same price. I highly recommend this place!

I saw all of the great reviews and was hopeful that this would work out and was legit. We spoke to the company on the phone and based on all of our information they offered us $350. They stated that the car needed to have the catalytic converter. Our car does. We said yes it has it and he did not have any further questions. So we said $350 was great and they set it up to come today to get the car. After a few moments of the driver arriving at our house, they then dropped the price to $200. They stated that they "thought" that the catalytic converter was an aftermarket one. They did not state at any time on the phone that it needed to be factory nor did they say there would be a price difference. (We in fact do not know if its factory or not). We ended up saying no and they did not take the car. We are really disappointed and thought this would be an easy thing. If you're going to do business maybe you should be very specific and tell everything upfront. Thanks but no thanks

Customer service could be much better, came in for a simple spring and got an annoyed attitude, instead of a couple min of help figuring out a solution while there I was told to come back, 30 seconds on rock auto and with the same info supplied to him and it will come right to my door instead of supporting a local buisiness, sad

Great people to deal with even though they are a distance away they told me my parts were ready and they were. I would not hesitate to do long distance business with them again.

I had some unexpected car trouble and went to the closest auto parts store to buy some oil. The customer service was excellent. The man who assisted me did so with compassion. He was very empathetic to my situation and put two quarts of oil in my car for me. The he saw that I was out coolant and supplied me with some on the house. I couldn't have stalled out at a better time. Thank you for all the help. It is greatly appreciated. We made it home 😊

The two ladies at the front are very helpful and nice. They had a $10 minimum, but let me have the parts for $5 because it’s all I had. HUGE selection of cars, bring your boots!

I've driven a round trip of 300 miles for a used transmission and paid for the extra warranty and picked up a rim and used tire. I'm very pleased with the service, the counter and yard staff are very responsive and sort of fun sense of humor. I'm very anxious to get this tranny in and will follow up with a conclusion.
