After calling at 11am to pick a car up that needed to be moved asap, I was told 150 and the driver would arrive between 12 and 5pm. 530pm I called to verify they were coming after waiting and canceling other things and calling another company who was paying the same 150 $ . I proceeded to go with this company. Regardless the car got taken. at last min I was told my house was over an hour drive away... witch it is not its 25 min and that I'd only get 50$ being late and now canceling with the other company I had no option under the circumstances... talking to the manager/owner a few diff times and giving my adress I would think I'd of been told this at beginning. Driver was nice and did his job but once arriving I asked how long it took to get here and was told 20 min... knowing I would only get 50 dollars at the very last min after waiting 5 hours was not in my opinion professional and I'd of gone with the company that stuck to the original price witch is fair. Personally I'm skeptical on the situation on being told 150 from manager/owner to 50 from driver. Yes they got rid of it but unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth on what was told at beginning to being told another at very last min after waiting my day and canceling other company for a reasonable price for the car. Hopefully others wont have this issue
