We switched to Nauset Disposal last year after using another Cape company out of Marstons Mills. We never knew what good service was until we started with Nauset. Our other company would never go out of their way to do anything.Nauset employees are absolutely exceptional.Not only are they friendly, well groomed, but insist on helping you above and beyond what one would expect. Here at the Pelham House, we cannot say enough good things about Nauset Disposal. Their service is phenomenal.As a resort with everchanging needs, Nauset Disposal is always extremely flexible and accommodating. Whether we are looking for extra pickups or last-minute changes, they are always willing to go the extra mile. Nauset is slightly more expensive than the other options I researched however the service is outstanding and in my opinion definitely worth it. The customer service team is efficient and the drivers are all super friendly. They also give a ton back to the local community with fundraising and charity events. That alone is worth the extra couple of bucks a month.

6 years i used macombers trash service with not a single problem.then these dingbats bought the route. they couldnt make it the first day.first they didnt take my trash then they accused me of putting it out late. but yet theres my trash can at the end of the driveway. the same place theyv been for 6 years. feb 3 2022

If you love having a local business do not go with Nauset they have sold and is a "Foreign Corporation" according to the state corporation website. Now owned by Waste Connections from woodland Texas.

Nauset Disposal Team,My daughter had a weeding scheduled this past fall at an outdoor venue in Dennis. Like all other large celebrations, it had to be cancelled dur the COVID outbreak. While in the planning stage, we reserved an outhouse for the event from Nauset Disposal, and sent in a deposit for the facility.Once we realized we would need to cancel the wedding reception, we contacted the various vendors which we had contracted with for the event. Nauset Disposal was the only vendor we dealt with that returned our deposit in full! I can't thank you enough for your understanding and professionalism.We have used Nauset Disposal for years when we required trash pick up at our rental property in Eastham. New to Carver, MA. I called multiple companies for information and Nauset was the only one to pick up the phone on multiple calls. Others never returned the call, customer service death in today’s hyper competitive environment. Wonderful and friendly on the phone and super responsive. My guess is that when they do start picking up my trash and recycling they will be great. Nice job Nauset and kudos to the ladies answering your calls and inquiries. Customer service, responsiveness, warm and welcoming demeanors and a true appreciation for earning your business don’t go unnoticed.

I have been a customer of Nauset Dispsal for several years and just recently moved from one communtiy to another and was very thrilled to learn I could continue being a customer. The only wrinkle was my scheduled pick-up day changed, naturally given that it is a different area of the Cape. But with working from home, an infant and everything else going on it is very easy to forget the new day and remember to get my barrel out. Moving into a new house generates a lot of trash, so missing a pick-up would really be difficult and cause a backup of trash. So this morning I was pleasntly surprised to hear the quick short horn of a trash truck. Instinctively, I knew I had forgotten to get my barrel out and instead of driving by and skipping me (which would've been totally within their right) the driver instead gave me a heads up. One, that allowed me to run out and put my barrel on the street for a timely pick-up. Now more than ever we need to support local business and especially support the ones who do it right. I have been neyond impressed with ND and will continue being a loyal customer. If you have trash needs of any kind, give them a call, I promise you will not be disappointed!

I am new to the Cape and I have never had a trash company partner with me! I did not know anything like this existed! I have the Sea Meadow Inn, in Brewster and Nauset Disposal takes care of me!! They are meticulous when picking up my garbage and anytime you call the office they are “on it””. Thank you Nauset disposal for being my partner! Now can you just stop this rain for a few days???
