I was in the market for a used transmission. I put out stuff to several junkyards I called a couple. this was the only place universal Auto salvage that answered me and said yeah we have it and it's ready and they gave me a great deal. it was almost a 50 mile trip but it was well worth it. they helped me load it into the car with a forklift even on a holiday which was veterans Day. I would definitely go there again and I will use it as one of my go-to's when I need Big item. A lot of the other places wouldn't sell me the transmission because it wasn't worth pulling it out unless I bought the engine as well. even though they advertised they have it they won't take it out unless it's worth their while. And universal Auto salvage was friendly to boot.

Rude customer service I called asking about a car that’s been sitting there for 4 months that’s apparently “sold” but still sitting there the guy could of atleast been nice and answered my questions
