I'm a first time customer and was very impressed. I was looking for a used rim and the closest one was 30 miles away. I double checked the car-part website and saw that Universal had one, which was closer. I spoke to the front desk staff about it and they said the vehicle with the rim just came in the night before, so they update their inventory quickly. The person I dealt with was also friendly, the part was ready in 4 hours, and the price was fair. I will do business with them again! Thanks!

Told me door was in perfect shape then I see it and it has a few imperfections. Way better then what I had. Point is they may stretch the truth a little bit on quality of product.Great service, very quick also said I didnt have to buy the door if I wasnt happy when i saw it.Would use again but I'll be more clear in what I'm looking for next time

Great service! This is the first time I have used an auto salvage place. They had the hood for my RAV4 in the color I wanted. Kenny was super helpful and even emailed me a picture of the item before I bought it. He made my day. I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased a started from them, asked them numerous times if they tested the started, they said it worked without a doubt, took the starter,installed it in my vehicle only to find it was seized, returned the starter, the guy wanted refund me with a check when I paid cash, explained that I didn't want a check, I was very professional with gentleman, he then proceeded to throw my receipt in my face and said now you're not getting anything and walked off to the back of the shop, a few minutes passed, he came back with my cash, after causing a scene, called me an arrogant prick, told me to go back where I came from, worst place I've ever dealt with, I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! Extremely unprofessional

Very friendly, clean, and organized. I live in the Worcester area and there is only one decent salvage yard the other one is not organized. This salvage yard is huge and probably be able to find what you're looking for

Love these guys, Jack has more knowledge in his left pinky than most of the other negative reviewers have in their entire lives...... Jack wont send junk parts. As a body shop manager this is highly appreciated. Especially when LKQ Corp is ruining this industry with their junk.

I call the guy up, after seeing a transmission I want on the internet, and ask about the warranty and the guy gets all offended and won't sell me the part. These guys are not phone qualified, so, I'd recommend everyone pass on them.
