    My experience with J&J was great right from the beginning. The owner responded to my text almost immediately, waited for me to be ready to get rid of it, and made an appointment. The guys that showed up were awesome and got it all done quickly. Would definitely recommend. this service.

    called them last week to come pick up an old 1999 jetta. they quoted me $250 which is more than anyone else quoted me. they came to pick it up today and it was one of the smoothest transactions I've ever taken part in. overall the driver was very professional and the offer was the best. I highly recommend this company for any junk car removal needs.

    Took advantage of an elderly person. Was quoted a certain price to remove a junk truck. We set a schedule which he had to change. I couldn't be there for the new pickup time. He paid $50 less that what I was quoted!! This never would have happened had I been there. I would have told him to take a flying leap! POOR SERVICE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY! I wouldn't even give this a star but unfortunately I had to or it wouldn't accept my review.
