Bad service very That's respectable, but cash register and the employee to be careful. The tools outside. There was a really bad experience from beginning to start. I don't recommend this place to nobody. To take back care of the customers and they don't care on the cashier to the employees at the door. I hope. The boss realize the loss of business that these people are implying in his business. I'm very disappointed

Called on a Friday and received an offer. Was told a driver would be in touch to schedule an appointment. An entire week went by and I didn’t hear anything, so I called back. They had lost all my information including the offer and had me start again and tell them what the offer was they had made. I understand mistakes and computer errors happen. They didn’t make an appointment, though, they had sent him out right away already without asking if I was even available, so I had to drop everything and rush there. The driver was supposed to be there within the hour, they said. Well, an hour and a half went by and I got a call saying he was delayed but he was on his way and would be there. So much for just using my lunch break... I waited the entire rest of the day, and no one showed up or called back to reschedule. Their website says they are open until 1 on Saturdays, so I called both office numbers this morning. Each one went to a voicemail with the same receptionist but for a Brown’s Pool Service. I am incredibly busy, on a tight schedule, and this has been a massive waste of my time.

Trying to see if you have a 2000 GMC S15 bumper and fender. That's all. Not looking to ship it or my Email(which u got now) then the pics won't even pull up. Shouldn't be this much just to see a picture. Sorry

The process was difficult to say the least but eventually all worked out. I had multiple conversations with people that do not speak English well and had difficulty finding a person who could or would give me the info I needed to get the vehicle picked up. I asked multiple times when would the vehicle be picked up and kept being told the driver would call an hour before he came. I asked to be notified the day before or several hours before pickup because I needed to make sure I could be there. The driver called me when he arrived at the driveway and then he had to wait for me to come there from another location. It was not easy for me to drop what I was doing and drive there but I did. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone and am really glad it is over. It was a stressful process. Very poor customer care.

I had an issue finding used parts for my 05 sequoia, I was directed to this place by a salvage yard near me. I called them and asked if they had the part, I received the best customer service you can ask for. The place is an hour drive from me, but instead of driving there, the part was packaged and shipped to me proffesionaly, they went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for used parts. Thank you Steve for outstanding service.

Wonderful experience selling my old Toyota. The owner was a delight to work with, he always responded to my inquiries right away and gave me a great price. The gentleman who picked up the car was also wonderful and professional. I would highly recommend them! It could not have been an easier process. 10/10.

This is coming from someone who has been doing business with them for 3 years now. They have upgraded, higher premium prices, and their customer service plummeted. It hurts having to accept how things are. Staring at the old lot from their parking lot, I was confronted and treated as some sort of criminal and was told to leave or the police will be called. After walking back in the office and asking what’s going on to be treated this way, Carol told me she didn’t even know who I was; that was the nail in the coffin for me.

Called to get parts for my son's car. The prices quoted were higher than the prices for new parts. Usually I have no issues with them but to be charged more for used parts than new (autozone, and advanced) is just insane!

Which was good place til I got here in Ohio and found out they drilled too way deeper into transmission valve body I have no way return it since I’m in Ohio smh check inside transmission pan before buy it
