Bad service very That's respectable, but cash register and the employee to be careful. The tools outside. There was a really bad experience from beginning to start. I don't recommend this place to nobody. To take back care of the customers and they don't care on the cashier to the employees at the door. I hope. The boss realize the loss of business that these people are implying in his business. I'm very disappointed

Great prices, on the price sheet. Was informed at checkout that price list was inaccurate. Then a manager stepped up and doubled down on their lies. It was only $84, but I was by definition robbed. My only recourse beyond disputing a credit charge is to call these folks out on exactly what they did. I own a business. If I screw up, I eat it myself. Any REPUTABLE business would honor the price list that’s plastered on the internet and the window right above where you pay. None would just make ish up, except these gems of course I have NEVER hit a non-corporate junkyard with anything less than a 5 star review. These folks deserve zero, and a business ethics class or two. At least the Bartow location was honest and fair. This location in Orlando should be avoided unless fair transactions don’t matter to you.

It's what you'd expect. Be cautious and mindful. An "organized" junk yard. You pull what you need. Debris and glass between the vehicle lanes. Some of the employees were gruff but some were helpful.The Lady at the counter was nice and very honest when my son gave her a 10 instead of a 5.
