These people damaged my dump trailer and hide behind their damage waiver. I was dumping a load of scrap with my dump trailer and they decided to grab it with their claw (without my approval) but grabbed the side of my dump trailer and damaged the trailer, braking the door off the hinge. Their attitude was absolutely awful. Management said we signed a waiver releasing them of any liability or damage I have been bringing scrap here for over 20 years. The former management were very appreciative of our business, unfortunately those days are gone.<br><br>Update<br>Management decided to pay to have the trailer door repaired, I appreciate the change in heart. Trailer is still damaged, but at least the door works now!

They're VERY patient and Kind! It was my first time doing a scrap run in this state, and they made it absolutely seamless! They value solid iron and solid metals a lot more than anything else of course, very understanding about small mistakes, and more than willing to take things at YOUR pace. -- there's a guy who says they used a claw on his truck trailer - alternatively they patiently waited for me to unload what I needed to unload in that area before bringing the claw anywhere near my vehicle. Every customer has amazing personality and they all wear smiles as often as they can! Probably the best scrap yard I've ever visited! -- they even hand out candy at the cashier window! So tons of bonus points for that!

Employees we rude did not help out one bit.They were ready to get out the door. They priced metals up wrong. All the dirty aluminum as cast aluminum. Which is the lowest aluminum price there is. Our load should have been a $1500.00 and ends up being like half the money. They were wanting to get off so bad they were mixing copper with aluminum.
