Address:1630 W 41st St, Baltimore, MD (Zipcode: 21211)Phone:Open hours:Open from 07:00 am to 18:00 pmStatus:OpenI got in a car accident yesterday. Rain was pouring down, went around a curve, hit a patch of oil and slammed into a concrete divider before spiraling in a 360 across three lanes to hit a guardrail and come to a stop. This ended up totaling my car.Police took me to a relocation lot and left me to deal with things on my own. They told me to call my insurance company to get it towed, or I could have gotten it towed to the police impound lot. I knew it was junked and called the insurance company. Unfortunately, I did not have enough insurance for them to even cover a tow.I started looking for scrap yards so I could figure out where to get it towed to and as a coworker had suggested getting AAA to get a less expensive tow, I looked first for those within five miles of where I was. Buck's fit the description and I gave them a call. Now I had to wait a little bit because Zack (I do hope I got your name right) was down in Pasadena MD and not at the junkyard, but he got there as soon as he could. Towed my car for free and I got a bit out of it.This was my first ever accident and I had no idea what to do about it. He was knowledgeable, told me what I needed my fiance to bring so that I could legally sell him the car, and walked me through everything. He also gave me a lift to the junkyard so I didn't spend more time waiting aimlessly in a police relocation lot. He made what was a terrifying and depressing experience (car WAS totaled and now we have to scrounge up enough to get a new one) into an at least pleasant ending to a lousy day.He also reassured me as his junkyard's right under that curve, that there are a lot of accidents there. I can bear witness to this as about 30 seconds after mine someone else did the same thing (we actually took the same tow truck to the relocation lot). While I was waiting for Zack (again I hope I have the name right), the same tow truck dropped off a pickup...from about the same location.I highly recommend Buck's Towing & Transport to anyone in a similar situation. They'll give you what they can for your junked car, and they won't charge you for the tow. Fantastic experience (sans preceding accident and such) and wonderful personality.

The prices are always the better than anyone else around here. It a small place so don't bring your truck load of unseparated trash. Not a junkyard! And yes, they CLOSE at 16:30. You're not pulling up at 16:25 and getting in. I'm sure they wanna go home on time too!

Address:14000 Brandywine Rd, Brandywine, MD (Zipcode: 20613)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThis place is trash!!! Worse customer service anyone can get. Don’t care about satisfying the customer and disappoints very often even when reading bad reviews and giving them a shot. It was about an hour and a half before closing and each time I call, I get put on hold and leave me there for more than 20 mins. I wanted to purchase rotors and had a simple question since I was about 25 mins away and was simply trying to get an answer to my question. They rudely pick up the phone and just puts you on hold. Never received a call back and don’t expect to do any business with them in the future and hope any future customers turn around at the front door and have a change of heart. Please read and see how bad there customer service / services are in general. I made a decision that cost me time and not money thank god. These people need to be shut down and have a better management take over. Worse place anybody can go for any services. Please don’t turn the cheek and hope you get a different result. We are all living proof of bad customer service and it’s all in writing. They will reply trying to sound like they really care about customers when they don’t and really want your money. They give out life time warranty because they know they aren’t 100% with there work/products. Read that they had serviced a persons car around August and didn’t get it back til December with the car still not running good. Simply contacting a client can resolve a lot but they fail to do so. Customer service is about keeping customers up to date with progress on whatever’s being done is a huge part of customers feeling comfortable and safe having there vehicles being worked on. Don’t give a date of to finish if you know your backed up. People need there cars and isn’t fair when being lied to. Smh hope this place closes and hope nobody goes there looking for services!!

Address:55 Derwood Cir, Rockville, MD (Zipcode: 20850)Phone:Open hours:Open from 08:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:OpenIf I could give no stars I would. This was the worst towing company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The driver (Lindsay) was incredibly rude he appeared disheveled and unclean. He was disrespectful and completely Unprofessional. I do not understand why they are contracted with Montgomery County. I’m curious if all drivers have passed a background check. Do you not consider using them under any circumstances. Furthermore the driver did not even provide us with a change after demanding we pay him in cash Before he would unload our vehicle (or he was taking the vehicle to his lot) from his truck at our dealership.

Address:14000 Crain Hwy, Brandywine, MD (Zipcode: 20613)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI went to this place to look for a Power Steering Reservoir according to me going to the junkyard it was going to be cheaper for not paying $20 at auto zone or wait almost a week and order it for $12.99 on Amazon. If new it costs less than $20 here at the junkyard it could cost about $5 or less according to my calculations and surprise when I entered this horrible place they charged me $4 just for entry and it took me almost an hour to find the vehicle because the supposed list they give you is not real, I found the old and dirty part with my own risk that it will NOT work and when I went to pay they wanted to charge me $25 + taxes and I told the guy that on Amazon it was worth $12.99 how was it possible that he was charging me more and he very rude attitude told me that they did not compete on prices with any other store. Do not waste your time going to this place it is better to buy new and cheaper things.

Address:420 Pulaski Hwy, Joppatowne, MD (Zipcode: 21085)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedFirst time going there. Employees were great . For every different scrap metal you cash in here is a fee for each one which I found a joke. They were secretive about the prices. Pay attention to the scales. I went to another scrap yard which paid a lot more than this place did in the same day.

Address:1500 W Pulaski Hwy, Elkton, MD (Zipcode: 21921)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI called simply looking for a part for my car and the person on the phone said, we don’t have anything like that and hung up immediately. He was insanely rude. I don’t usually leave reviews like this maybe some of your employees need to be talked to about being professional. There was no reason at all to be like that

Address:2810 Brown Station Rd, Upper Marlboro, MD (Zipcode: 20774)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedBuyer beware untrue listings. Two weeks ago, I found a paint-color match for a lift gate for my vehicle on car-part.com. It was listed with no damage, the gate was on the car, and the picture looked good. So I decided to make an impromptu 2.5 hour trip to this place to get it. Right before I left I got a call that the spoiler was gone - they sold it. No problem, I thought, I can reuse that piece from my current vehicle. Then I make the trip down, and go to take a look at the gate. To my surprise, it was now off the car, which seemed great at first until I realized it was just thrown onto some gravel which had the bottom edge all scratched up. But even worse, there were now some NASTY gouges in the paint (down to the primer). These gouges were very apparent and ugly and definitely NOT disclosed. My hunch is that they happened after the gate was removed from the car. Needless to say, after giving up a whole day off work, I was very upset. To their credit, they agreed to negotiate the price, so I did end up buying it, but very reluctantly. Now I need to decide if I want to touch up the scratches or pay like $1,000 to have it painted. Anyway, this experience was much less than ideal, and I give 2 stars only because they agreed to reduce the price.
Customer Service at the checked out counter is unprofessional. The Howard County Officer who is working there part-time has no customer service for the customer who are spending their hard earn money. Customer are not criminals. Your integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. "he is known to be a man of integrity". But when you have a person charging the incorrect price for a item , imaging how many people this guy over charge. Its no way this guy can remember every price of a item , so he just say price and we pay for it. integrity".integrity"integrity".
