Everyone was upbeat and friendly. I lucked out, as there was no one ahead of me, and they took my Terrain right in.I could have gotten my tire rotation free, from where I bought my tires, but chose to go ahead and let Coughlin do it, not only to make it a one stop routine, but also so that they could relearn my screen, where it tells me my tire pressure, so it will read the correct pressure readings.I used a $10.00 coupon where Coughlin sent me to use towards an oil change; which I certainly appreciated getting.They got my oil changed and tires rotated in just a hair over an hour, while I waited.I was very pleased, all the way around, with the service and visit.

I did not enjoy my experience with Nicole today when trying to purchase a rim. She was not helpful with providing alternative options to what I was looking for all while providing a nasty attitude. I was dissatisfied mainly with my service and lack of assistance more than anything.

I found these guys on Facebook and I’m so happy I did not only was the pricing really good! The communication was outstanding. And I didn’t even ask them to help me pull parts off. They just went straight at it! By far one of the best places to get parts from in the area!

I drove 200 miles from Michigan. I specifically called two times regarding what I needed. I was told that both doors are perfect and no scratches and on Car-Part.com listed with A/0 part damage I showed up. Found the car that I needed being lifted up by a forklift damaging the exact part I needed. It’s okay though because there was two right? wrong. I went to the other door to find it completely damaged with scratches and dents. Absolute time wasted could’ve saved my self a trip if I was told that doors are damaged

I dont do reviews, just not that deep into it but……Found seats for my 94 caprice… and these were so mint 💯. Came in a timely fashion, even called a to double confirm the shipping address. The care in shipping the seats to prevent damages was wonderful guys. Really went the extra mile.. you guys are the best. You got a new customer no bs

This is the only salvage yard I've ever used, since I moved to Ohio over 5+ years . And the people that owns and runs it are absolutely amazing and very friendly too. Plus everytime I've needed a part or any form of help, they were right there with "opened hands & a smile, an great prices.

Old Benjamin Franklin lookin Caucasian man is a nut case! Dude told me 120 for a chipped hood I talked him down to 100 when it was time to pay the dude at front said I was a liar and that it cost 150. I’m paraphrasing to say the least idk if it’s a race thing or what but safe to say I won’t be sending anyone here

I recommend this place for recycling aluminum cans. For me, price is NOT the most important factor. Easy in and out and a driveway free from nails and sharp objects is most important. This place has easy access for alum can drop off and a clean drive. Note: Once your cans are weighed you have to empty the cans into a recycle bin. No problem.

The prices are simply astronomical. If there is a discount at the official dealer of spare parts, you can buy cheaper. If you do not know English well, the sellers do not even want to talk to you. They behave like kings, very bad attitude towards customers

They get a 5 star because I showed up there hr before they're stop time. It's snowing I got my back indow in my saturn out they pulled me a window fast they new I needed it an drove from minerva to get it. Moons got a hell of a crew thanks again!

First trip was horrible, said they had what we needed and after an hour drive we found out they didn't. Second time was much better, they had everything we needed and the prices weren't too bad. Way more than pull apart but a lot less than the parts stores.

Friendly courteous staff. Knowledgeable and priced fairly. Easy quick in and out process. Would recommend.
