    Bought wheels and tires for $800. After installation found out 3 of the 4 wheels were bent. I complained and was told the 800 was tires alone and I got the wheels for free . Fine. I ordered 3 new wheels to match the 1 good one. About a month later I got a flat and Les Schwab showed me how bad the tires were weather checked and they couldn’t fix it and the remaining tires were unsafe. I called again and was told sorry it was as is purchase but they would give me a good deal in the future. Today I needed that deal for a mere $27 dollar part on amazon they wanted $35 used. I said fine because I needed the part immediately . I was then told it wouldn’t be in for a couple days and they wanted 35 upfront. I refused. It would probably be a bad part that I overpaid for once again. Sorry but I feel completely ripped off!

    This was with out a doubt the worst service I have ever received. The jack wagon behind the desk not only wouldn’t let me look at the part I wanted to buy but he took a personal call and put two other calls on hold while he was not helping me. There was no one in front of me and he guaranteed me that another part I wanted wasn’t there with out even checking. The owners of this establishment should be embarrassed. If one of my employees handled any of our customers this way hey would be fired on the spot. I usually let things like this go call it the natural selection process but a personal call and cursing and joking while I am waiting then refusing to let me inspect the item before I purchase it is unexceptionable.
