I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and integrity of this company. I wasn’t sure what to expect selling an older, used (non running) car online. I submitted an online survey and was called back within minutes. They made a *very* fair offer on my car. Within 2 business days a flatbed was here to take the car away and the driver wrote me a check on the spot. The driver was very nice too. Setting up the sale was pretty easy and straightforward. I like being able to do it completely via text. But the tow truck didn’t come to pick up the car until 10:30 pm (my pick-up window was 1-5 pm). Coming that late, to a residential neighborhood, is a bit ridiculous. The driver was very nice, and I know things happen. But there was zero communication until 9 pm when the driver told me he would be here in an hour and a half. I felt the person I spoke with at Cash for Cars was very professional. The only suggestion I would make is that sellers check with the towing company that is picking up the car. They did not come on the day that I was given by Cash for Cars. When I asked the towing company why, they said that often the date given to pick up by Cash for Cars does not work with their towing schedule. So in order to know for sure what day the car will be picked up, verify the time and day with the towing company.
