This experience was I much easier than I thought it would be. It was time to let my 2005 Honda Civic go and I had bought home a new car. Pretty straight forward with clean title. Expected amount (check not cash but it deposited online same day thru bank app) , driver was quick and professional. Only gripe might be very open ended pick up times. 2 day window and driver will call you roughly an hour before. But such the nature of the towing business. Will use again. Thanks

Process was a little difficult but understandable when it came to pricing.I thought the price was undervalued but I am bias thank you for the business.2012 Nissan Rogue sl sunroof and awd navigation system electric seats tires less than a year old but that’s my bias the process was smooth and professional the staff at new britian location very professional and made me feel like I was respected. Courteous and timely took an hour to take the car and cut the check the price we settled on I could live with because when I did the math taxes saved and parking saved I came out at the same price. Although it was the second best offer it was the process that made the deal worth it.

Beatrice was helpful and competent. I did have other issues with other reps who took me in circles, the call kept dropping, and they put me on long holds….which was highly annoying and unnecessary. I was about to cancel the whole transaction. But Beatrice was the only efficient rep I spoke to and followed up on the offer and pick-up scheduling. She was the first agent I spoke to and she called me back the next day bc I wanted to think about it overnight and sent me text messages to keep me updated. Mike was the driver and he did an excellent job as well. So I was fortunate to have (2) knowledgeable service providers. That was my personal experience. It would have been nice if I could have been paid a proper amount for the vehicle considering all it likely needed was a starter and never had issues since we got it. I got 178 bucks for a 2007 Mazda 6 in ok condition. I checked KBB, and I could have at least got 1000 for it privately but I needed it gone asap. Someone made out and it wasn't me. 178 bucks. Think about that. Had 170k miles no issues except it stopped starting without a jump. The starter is failing I replaced the relay and verified it connects. No other issues for over 2 years! Paid 4800 for it 2 years ago and put 1k in it for new brakes and rotors then. Yeah......

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and integrity of this company. I wasn’t sure what to expect selling an older, used (non running) car online. I submitted an online survey and was called back within minutes. They made a *very* fair offer on my car. Within 2 business days a flatbed was here to take the car away and the driver wrote me a check on the spot. The driver was very nice too.
