Walked into office and front desk worker was too busy gossiping to actually ask if I needed something or what he could help me with….carried on with his conversation even when he saw I was patiently waiting. I could understand if it’s about helping another customer but when it’s just gossiping instead of trying to see what this new customers needs or wants doesn’t make sense to me…no sense of customer service whatsoever
