This guy is a real smart @@@ and does not appreciate his customers, you would think that people that are handed everything would appreciate the people that pay his bills and make it so he can do all the things he does.....but like most he does not......rude rude rude..nothing but rude ....I don't understand people like this.....must be nice !

They were able 2 get me a mirror for my car at a reasonable price and I had already tried at maybe 10 places. They are located maybe 40 minutes but it was worth the drive. Once I got there I was treated very good. Even the owner came out and talked to me. Also each time I talked to someone on the ph I was very pleased at how they treated me. I would definitely call them for other things if something came up. Thank u B and H.

Not a good company to do business with . I purchased a headlight for $450.00. When I ordered the headlight she asked me which side .I told her it was the left headlight the one that’s on the passenger side she sent me the left headlight sitting from the inside of the car which could be on the left side I end up with the wrong headlight sitting in the car it would be on the right but I specified it was the one of the passenger side . When I told her of the mistake.she said she said, I could not send it back or get a refund I wasn’t concerned about a refund All I wanted was to exchange it. I just need another light that would fit the passenger side therefore I am out 450.00 and still in need of a headlight the headlight is wrapped just the way they it was sent it I never open the box I just saw on the box it was the wrong headlight is specified on the package I told her I would send it back at my expense and they still wouldn’t except it back, and I also ask before purchasing if for any reason could I return it and she said yes , my receipt did not say no exchanges either, Also it did not come if a timely manner the kept changing the shipping date, I would advise to check them out throughly before making a purchase if any ???

I needed a replacement rim for a Kia and I I called B& H They took my information and called me back within the hour after locating a very nice used wheel for my car Thank you

If you're looking for anything for your vehicle they most definitely we'll have it in they take the parts out and have it sitting in the office for you where other places make you get your own parts this is a very very good place to shop if you need something for your vehicle I would recommend them to anyone as a matter of fact I just had someone to come all the way from Fletcher to go to be an age to get something because of me telling them they would find it there

Cory Pate I am very sorry to the service you think you received on the phone,let me start by replying to your review I put you on hold to get further help on your subaru ,we have only been dealing with them for a short time . On certain things I need assistance from Jeff ,I put you hold at which that time there were 3 lines up and the wrong line was clicked off I can't help you did not call back as to which most people do It was a common mistake with that many phone lines up ... as to your question I wasn't clear of what you were asking as to I think you didn't know the specific name of the part you were searching for ,the part in question I do believe that we discussed the part you need does not break apart from the transmission because we sell it together as 1 piece I can further assist you only if you choose to call back there was no conversation said about dealing with anything later because nothing was directed to you as there were 3 lines open so that you could not specify anything was directed to you , I'm sorry if you felt different. This has been my families legacy for 40 years this year and my full time job for 21 years ,keep in mind no one is perfect and there will always be mistakes ..that is life i do apologize and Jeff or I will be glad to assist you further, don't write bad reviews just call back on a accidental hang up remember no one is perfect Mr. Pate!
