    Very poor experience. I ask about a part and the first thing out of the guys mouth is an answer that only a jerk would give. Completely unhelpful and didn't give any explanation or even simply say "No I'm sorry we don't have the part and here's why." Not that I expect anyone at a parts company to be an angel but they don't have to be nasty either.

    spoke to them in great detail about the part only to be called and told they noticed it was the incorrect part when they went to ship it a day and half later, it's like they didn't know what their inventory was

    Rude and disrespectful. Did nothing for me but gave me an attitude. When i called for a part, they told me they had it, after driving over a hour, I get there and they tell me they do not have the part. Horrible business!
