Got what I expected. Junked my 2006 altima. They offered me the best price and had a tow truck sent within 2 hours .I am happy with the overall service and the tow truck driver was really nice.

Boy oh boy did that hurricane do a job on NJ I thought I loss my car due to the storm last week because it would not start.. spoke with George .. he understood and was willing to pick up my car. fast forward to today.. turns out my car started but I felt bad for having the tow truck guy come out and waste his time. I didn't feel no pressure to continue with towing and the guy gave me some good advice on what I should do going forward with my car. A scrap yard with 5 star reviews? Believe it. These guys are solid. Picked up my car within an hour of my first call. Paid cash, offered more than others. Provided a receipt which is NOT something everyone else will do. Highly recommend.

Originally I thought this was a easy pick up the car and go it was the complete opposite. The service was not professional at all. I called on the company on Friday and at first they offered me a good price and said they would be able to pick my car up the same day. Then the tow truck driver didn't show up at the time that was agreed on so I gave the company a call. They said he was like half an hour away was I waited nearly 2 more hours until I received a phone call from the tow truck driver. I thought everything was fine when he said he was on his way but then I received another phone call from the driver saying his truck was too big and that he arrived at my house without me even seeing him. He offered to pick up the car Monday which I was fine with. Monday came and the driver was suppose to arrive around 2 but didn't show up. I called again and he said he come after 6. But as predicted no one showed up. This is the worst service I have ever seen.

I recommend them simply because I have no time to waste and they don't, we got down to the simple math . I get paid for the klunker i just got rid of and they made more room for me to have... 5 stars baby they have a fan...

They were amazing! They came same day and it was quick and not the most annoying thing ever like some of the other places I called prior to finding this gem. Their staff were friendly and their communication was impeccable. I will recommend them and use them for future cars to junk.
