With all due respect, I don’t usually give bad reviews, however I felt compelled to share my most honest concerns. I don’t understand how as a business man one can be so rude and not compassionate. For one, time windows are given and I understand other assignments are happening but if you can’t agree on a time or need to change a time, he gets flustered and nasty. Unfortunately life doesn’t happen on your terms and things can occur. This is why as a business owner, you need to open minded and flexible just another characteristic he lacks. He talks over you and doesn’t allow you to say much of anything before he hangs up on you. Working in a field that requires so much customer service and being short won’t make the situation any better. I also find it strange, that he has so many LLC’s for the same junk car business which is frustrating when trying to find someone who really wants to help. There are many different numbers and cities under the same man. It’s horrible to be in a situation you possibly didn’t want to be in and to further deal with an egotistical arrogant person. It would behoove you to humble yourself and not do this just for money. Have some compassion and understand some people didn’t want to be in the situation they’re in. Also know whatever God gives, he can take away. Please deal with whatever you have going on internally so you can come back and assist the community with better traits or hire someone who can assist with more empathy, compassion, and customer service.

A little late since this was from 2024, but I remembered this guy and he deserves a bad review. He is a really rude and awful individual. I don’t usually insult people over business but he was the one who started that. Called me a “whiteboy” who doesn’t know a thing about cars. He was screaming and really just trying to escalate things. The best part is, after that whole thing he offers me $500. I laughed at his joke of an offer. Just go and sell the car on Facebook marketplace, maybe if he was nicer I’d say to go there. But on top of trying to scam you out of your money, the guy is incredibly rude and dishonest. STAY AWAY from this place. I sold my car for $1500 on my own 2 weeks after dealing with this guy Update: You said all of the other people were “lying” too. I couldn’t even make up a story that good. Your dishonesty will eventually catch up to you, and with your deplorable and stupid responses it’ll only prove my point and everyone else’s further

I would love to see the story he makes up about me when our conversation was VERY brief. “ make model of the vehicle “ I Proceeds to give the information and he throws a price without even knowing what’s wrong with the car. I asked him to repeat himself, he follows with attitude. Customer service goes a long way. Being a little nicer wouldn’t hurt.
