My truck was totaled this company took it which is fine. But they are thieves. Stole wallet and made fraudulent purchases with my credit card. And refused to give the wallet back with my bank card, drivers license and credit cards.

Lady who answers the phone is rude and a poor communicator. If you have a bad day don't take it out on your customers. She basically sounds like she doesn't want to be there. You should show her how to communicate with costumers who is finding a scarp yard so they bring you their business or encourage her to quit so she isn't part of the problem in people's lives since she can't get over her own problems. Customers are reaching out to your business to see if you are the solution to their car problem. People who don't want to pay for a pricey brand new parts will go to scrap yards. You treat them right then they will come back cause you most likely will be part of the solution to their problems. I called 12/08/23 at 2:30p
