BEST AUTO SALVAGE IN NJ/NY, I was stressing all day and wasted my time going to other spots that quoted me $600 for a $50 part, I called them; they sourced it for me and held it, when I arrived he came out to my car and made sure it fit and worked before letting me pay for it!! 10/10 also only charged me $50, everywhere else tried to get $120+

Would give zero stars if I could. Manny is about as ignorant as they come. If I can save anyone from doing business here I’ll be glad. I rarely ever write reviews - this one is needed. The site is in the back of Newark and is a total dump with garbage roads. I asked Manny for a door over the phone, he confirmed it was available and I was able to see pictures of it online. Drove over an hour to come get it only for it to be completely different from the picture and very damaged. Manny dismissively attempted to explain what happened to it. Ironically, while this was going on he was rudely telling another customer “time is money so don’t waste my time man”. I doubt Manny even understands what irony is, but I told him “my time is money as well, and you’ve wasted mine today for no reason, why couldn’t you tell me you damaged the door when I called and hour ago?”. He responded “don’t cry about it man”. There are hundreds of salvage shops, don’t waste your time at one run as idiotically as this one.

I called this establishment yesterday around 1:30 in the afternoon, looking for any parts available for my specific vehicle- and they notified me that they had a bumper available for 150$- and I told them I was on my way to pick it up. After arriving there I was greeted by a woman at the desk, which was willing to help me- I noticed and pointed out that they had the whole body available for my specific car, and was willing to to pay whatever they might’ve asked for all all the exterior pieces. A guy, I’m assuming the owner- butted in and insisted the parts weren’t for my car (only due to the trim difference, yet same year, same chassis etc.) and proceeded to catch an attitude, while trying to argue otherwise. I kindly asked him if he was willing to sell the parts, despite how disrespectful he was- but he insisted he wasn’t lifting a finger or selling anything to me. This establishment isn’t even worth a one star review, I wouldn’t recommend anyone give this establishment business.
