    I was told they would contact me within two or three days. Lo and behold! I received a call within two hours! I was unavailable when wrecker was close but he patiently waited for me to complete the task at hand. By the middle of the afternoon I had a check in my hand and I didn’t have to pay the property owner for tow services to remove my old car from his property! The bank the check is on is with a well known Franchise and if ever I need to unload an unusable vehicle again. This will be the company I contact!     Garbage customer service, set on hold forever and finally talked to a lady who shouldn’t have even been answering calls at McDonald’s. Her name was Stephanie and couldn’t answer any questions other than the ones her computer told her. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time.
