    I called and spoke with Robert! I gave him my address, car info and he quoted me. PERFECT! He said, we can be there first thing in the morning. GREAT! I sent him a text with my car info and he had replied, “we can pick it up tomorrow.” Awesome! I call and text him in the morning TWICE! No response. My husband calls, no answer. My husband then receives a text, asking how he could help him! Yet, ignored my phone calls and text.. then, told my husband that he would be there at 1pm. Time passes and it’s 2:30pm. My husband then text him asking when he will be here. He replied to my husband, “at 6pm.” It took us having to call and text for him to somewhat communicate. Very aggravating! Still hasn’t showed up. No stars!

    If I could give them ten stars, I would. They made the process of getting rid of my worn out car so easy. I researched what the car is worth and they gave me the exact price. I called in the morning and they picked it up 2:00 that same day. I could not be at home at the time, so I left the key and title in the front seat and told them to leave the money under the mat. They did exactly what I asked. If you need to get rid of a car, look no further.
