Very satisfying experience with Chappels. My call was returned within an hour and an appointment setup for the next day. Martin, owner/driver, called me the day of and arrived shortly after we spoke. It was a bit tricky but handled very professionally and as quickly as possible. Payment was fair, in cash and handed over after vehicle was on the trailer. Called them this morning the person was very pleasant and only took a short time to answer there questions and got the price they offered. The person on the phone said I would be getting a call from the tow truck driver shortly. In about 20 mins I got the call said he would be there in 30 mins. Everything was organized and planned over a single phone call. They came and met with my fiancé while I was at work, she said that the driver was extremely polite, professional, and skilled.
