Called them this morning the person was very pleasant and only took a short time to answer there questions and got the price they offered. The person on the phone said I would be getting a call from the tow truck driver shortly. In about 20 mins I got the call said he would be there in 30 mins. Friendly, quick, and easy - just the way I like 'em! Really nice guy who made sure I knew that my next step is dropping the plates off at the DMV ASAP to get the insurance and registration refunds. He advised me that there's a daily fine for not turning the plates in - I never would have guessed that. Point is - he was looking out for me to make sure I didn't run afoul of the DMV and get fines or problems. Here's an operation that cares about their customers. My old blue was still true and running but wouldn't pass NYS inspection. Good experience because Chappell's had flexible scheduling so we just arranged a time to meet at the CR 46 facility and traded the keys for the cash. If you lost your title - I had to search to find mine and had that worry - they can help you if you can't find it. If your loyal car has finally given its last - give them a call and get it off your hands.
