They told me $350 for my car that ran with all the essential parts. It was just rusted underneath and not safe to drive anymore. Twice they told me they would be here in 20 minutes. Over two hours later the guy finally showed up, looked under the car and said that the catalytic converter was missing and he would to need to call the office to get a new estimate. We sent him away and called peddle who came the next day, looked for the same catalytic converter and found it. Don't waste your time.

They picked up a fairly clean 2004 bmw 5 series. They called me and were prompt, but they don't offer a fair price for the vehicle. May want to reconsider using them if you have any value left in your junk vehicle.

I used this towing service to junk my car a while back. Recently I needed a copy of the bill of sale to prove I no longer had the vehicle. Towing company is ok, it's just that the value of the car using that catalytic converter is not the original part. Most cars catalytic converters don't need to be changed often. Sensors or running bad or smells so on. This has happen several times.

When they arrived to pick up the car, they claimed that the car had an aftermarket catalytic converter and the quoted purchase price of $400 turned into $210... Take it or leave it. The tow truck driver said this happens about 60% of the time. Practically criminal!
