Yesterday, I totaled my car. It’s the first time I’ve been in an accident where my car couldn’t be fixed, and I was at a loss as to how I should deal with it.After getting some guidance, I called this junk yard and spoke with Mark. He was pleasant, courteous, and explained exactly what I’d need to do in order to junk my car.We settled on a time for someone to come pick my car, and they were right on time 😊 The gentleman who came to pick up my car was professional and also explained what the next steps would be after my car was taken.As for a side surprise, I was offered $300 for junking my car with them. Blew my mind that was even a thing! 😧I rarely write reviews, so I need to of had a really good experience somewhere in order to comment on it publicity. I can’t speak for other junk yards because I don’t have any previous experience, but I can definitely say that Elm City treated me very well.

Poor customer service. If your not ready to open by the time that’s posted on the website then change your hours

I used Elm City for salvaging my car. I thought it was a very good price and they came to pick it up / tow it for free.
