Great friendly exchange between buyer and seller. Tip your scrap yard every once in a while and they will always welcome you back time and time again!!!!!! my last outing I was gifted more buckets to put more scrap metal in. It’s the little things in life that means the most. I can’t say enough about TVM’s Crane operators these guys can with precision grab and pull out appliances and heavy scrap metal from the back of my truck. They even guide you in by sounding a horn when you have backed in far enough. Getting to know the individuals, the yard itself. The current prices. The specifics. And just like with everything else in life the more you come with an eagerness. A positive attitude and proof of lots of views your return will mostly be anticipated.

Stopped in twice now. First time for business, second time for parts. It’s like they’re irritated you’re even there. Weird atmosphere for sure. Like everyone is a thief or trying to steal from them if that makes sense. Like a pawnshop. But second time through I was told to park across the street or somewhere “out of the way”?!? I’m a customer and I can park in your parking lot?? Honestly every other recycler or scrapyard I’ve been to is better than this place. You guys all have the same prices… the only thing you got going for you is your customer service. If that’s only thing that puts you above the rest and you’re the worst so far. Just for clarity. The parking lot was empty. The only vehicle parked in. The parking lot was his vehicle. After he told me I needed to park across the street. He walked out and got in his own truck. See you think you’re important and you’re not the customers what’s important in business and you just lost tons literally. I scrapped almost most 40 vehicles this last year and you won’t ever get one of them! Hopefully something changes there soon. Good luck

2 guys up front are very helpful and respectful every time I go . Wish I could say the same for the guys in back, they seamed very aggregated with me yelling out that they close at five . When I pulled up to get weighed in it was 4:40 plenty of time for me to get in an out of there . I only had a 6ft pickup bed full of metal and it take s less then 3 mins to unload it all . I would completely understand if I was a semi full of metal but I wasn't. then the guy goes on trying to accuse me of doing the same thing last week when I clearly came in at 4:30 plenty of time to unload my little pick up and get out before 5 not too sure what their problem was but I felt disrespected as a customer .

Decent prices and helpful staff. When we got there staff helped us empty out the trailer with their large magnet and claw. The man who was running the magnet was helpful and informed us that we’d be able to get more from aluminum in the front

Took a load of mixed metals to them Saturday the 13 there were several employees working which sped up the process of being weighed and unloaded. The young man who took care of the scales and payment told me exactly what to do within a few minutes of arriving and was very personable and knowlegable

This is to the owners of Treasure Valley Recycling: I was certain that the customer is appreciated and recycling is good for the community, (not today). The cashier was rude, especially the employee who appeared to have an attitude. I will not take anything there again. Customers are not to be treated that way.

I use these guys exclusively ,best company I've seen yet .John and his crew are polite ,speedy ,and have never had a problem with them .I would recommend them to anyone .They treat me good and pay me top prices, wouldn't go any place else ,if you haven't tried them ,you need to .

I had 76 pounds of tin. Sign said 70 cents a pound. Mexican guy working the register swore it was right and i got 3.80 after i went back in..the nampa one was much better..always correct pricing.
