Awesome process and business model! They gave me a quote over the phone, connected me to the wrecker to schedule the pick up. The wrecker called before arrival then showed up with the check and loaded my vehicle in less than 20 minutes. Didn’t have to anything except hand him the keys and title. Completely hassle free, friendly, polite and professional…I highly recommend them!

Such a great company! After 12 years with my dream car, it was wreaked and realized I had to give her up. It was a very emotional time for me. I reached out to several companies to see her worth, I did get a higher quote from another company but after some research and reading reviews this company by far had better reviews. I was very honest I was having hard time letting go and Matt was so understanding and helpful with my questions. After pictures and confirming amount (which was a great amount), set up my tow pick up very quickly. I was expecting to wait all day with a Noon-5pm wait and was pleasantly surprised they showed up right at noon with check in hand. The whole process from my texts, phone conversations, pick up and even a follow up was so easy and appreciated! Highly recommend!

Absolutely hands down, Junk Car Boys is 5 starsthe team from Matt, Pearl and Mike. All were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and reassured me they were a real company. They helped to close a chapter for my daughter and her first car, hence the heart with RIP in it. I can only pray that as we embark on the next adventure of buying a newer car for our daughter goes just as smooth, just as quick and with people who care about helping to take care of a process such as selling/buying a car.
